• Moonh se saans lena chahiye

Jab aap moonh se saans lenge to moonh mein thandi hawa daakhil hogi, jo jeebh ko chhukar jayegi, Jisse aapki jali hui jeebh ko kafi aaram milega.

• Aloe Vera Gel lagaye 

Jeebh ke jalne ke baad taaza Aloe Vera ke pattiyon se nikaala hua gel jeebh par lagaye. Iske alawa aap Aloe Vera gel ko ice cube mein jama kar bhi jeebh par laga sakte hain.


• Dahi se kha kar paye aaram 


Jeebh ke jalne ke baad ek chammach Dahi jeebh par kuch der tak rakhe. Isse aapke mooh mein thandak aur araam mahsoos hoga. Iske alawa aap ek glass thanda doodh bhi pee sakte hain. Isse bhi jeebh ki jalan door hoti hain.


• Baking Soda kare kamaal


Iske istemal se mooh ki acidity kam hoti hain aur yeh garmahat ko door karta hain. Jeebh ke jalne ke baad paani mein baking soda mila kar kulla kare. Isse aapko kafi jaldi aaram mil jayega.

• Jeebh par Shahad lagana chahiye 

1 Chammach Shahad ko jeebh par rakhe aur kuch der baad usay kha le. Honey mein aise natural properties payi jati hain jo burn hui tongue ke dard ko kam kar deta hain.


• Vitamin E ka istemal 

Vitamin E wale tel ki kuch boonde jeebh par lagane se jalan se bahut jaldi chhutkara milta hain.


• Saada Khana hi khaye

Agar aap spicy aur masaledar khana khane ke shaukin hain to Jeebh jal jane ke baad aapko Simple khana khane ki salah di jati hain. Kyonki Plain aur Ubala hua khana khane se jeebh ko kafi aaram milta hain.

• Jeebh par Chini lagaye 

Jali hui jagah par ek chutki safed cheeni lagaye aur usay kuch minutes aisa hi laga rahne de. Dheere-dheere karke chini ghulne lagegi, isse jalan aur dard se kafi aaram milta hain.


• Chewing gum chabana chahiye 

Jeebh ke jalne par aapko Peppermint wale chewing gum chabane ki salah di jati hain, Isse aapki jeebh ko kafi thandhak aur aaram milta hain. Chewing chabane se moonh mein thook kafi jaldi-jaldi banne lagta hain. Jisse mooh hamesha geela rahta hain aur dard se aaram milta hain.


• Ice cube lagaye 

Jeebh jal gyi hain to fridge mein rakhi hui ice cube ko moonh mein rakhe. Burf ke tukde ko choosne se jeebh ki jalan aur dard dono mein aaram milta hain. Lekin ice cube ka istemal karne se pahle usay geela karle, nahi to yeh aapki jeebh par chipak jayegi.
