Diet ka dhyaan rakhe

Regular exercise kijiye

Aapki age chahe kuch bhi ho aapko regularly exercise jaroor karna chahiye. Isse aapko acchi neend aati hain. Aapko chalne-phirne mein bhi koi problem nahi aayegi. Aap mote nahi honge. Experts ka manana yeh hain ki youth aur children ko daily exercise karni chahiye.

New born baby daily 16 se 18 hours ki neend leta hain. 1 to 3 year old child 14 hours sota hain to 3 se 4 saal ke bacche 11 se 12 ghante tak sote hain. School going child ko minimum 10 hours ki neend jaroori hain. Teen Age wale baccho ko 9 se 10 ghante sona chahiye aur Young & Adult people ko 7 se 8 ghante tak sona chahiye. Neend puri lene se youth aur children sabhi ka mentally aur physically development hota hain. Heart disease hone ka khatra kafi kam ho jata hain. Iske alawa acchi neend lene se aap kai saari bimariya hone se bache rahte hain.

Use Clean Water

Is baat ka khyaal rakhe ki peene ka paani saaf hona chahiye, iske alawa aap is paani se phal aur sabziyon , Bartano ko saaf karte hain vah paani bhi saaf hona chahiye. Agar aapko lagta hain ki aapka Muncipal Corporation ganda paani aapko supply kar raha hain to oos paani ko istemal karne se pahle ubaal lijiye aur usme dawaai daalkar usay saaf kar lijiye. Jab aap paani ko saaf kare to aap chlorine ya dusri kisi medicine ka aap istemal kar sakte hain, lekin isey sahi matraa mein hi paani mein daaliye. Iske alawa aap apne ghar mein Water Purifier bhi lagwa sakte hain. Isse aapko clean aur healthy water peene ko milta hain. Healthy rahne ke liye sabse jaroori hain ki aap Kisi bhi Tobacco products ka istemal na kare. Nahi hi aap Alcohol ka sewan kare. Sharab peene se aapka liver kharab ho sakta hain.
