Aaj ke time mein log apne badhe huye pet se bahut jyada preshan rahne lage hain. Aise mein badhe huye pet ko kam karne ke liye aapko kuch aisi cheezo ko khana chahiye, jisse badha hua pet kam ho jaye. Flat tummy paane ki chahat rakhne wale logo ko neeche batayi gyi cheeze jaroor khani chahiye.

Padhe huye pet ko kam karne ke liye khayiye yeh cheeze :- 


• Saunf :- Khana khane ke baad 1 chammach saunf jaroor khaye. Isse milne wala Fiber, Iron aur Magnesium digestion sudhaarne aur Pet ko ghatane mein madad karta hain.


• Tamatar :- Daily Tomato Soup piye ya diet mein iski matraa ko badhaye. Isme bahut low calorie hoti hain aur isme tummy fat ko control karne wale tatv paye jate hain.
