Onion (pyaz) khane ke fayde.
Indian foods ki apni special pahchan hain. Kyonki yaha par Bina pyaaz ke koi sabzi nahi banti hain. Pyaaz bhojan ka swaad hi nahi badalta hain, balki yeh sehat ke liye bhi bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Pyaaz Veg aur Non-Veg dono tarah ke dishes mein istemal kiya jata hain.

• Baalo ka girna roke :- Yeh sehat ke liye jitna faydemand hain, Utna hi khubsoorati ke liye bhi hain. Iske ras ka istemal karne se baal majboot aur chamakdaar bante hain.

• Sardi-Jukam ko door kare :- Pyaz ki taseer garm hoti hain. Agar aapko sardi-jukam hain toh dawa ki tarah yeh kaam karta hain. Iska sewan karne se aapko turant aaram mil jata hain.
