Party mein zyada peene se kaise bache.
Agar aap kisi party mein zyada pee lete hain aur mamla bigad jata hain toh aapko dusro ke saamne sharmindagi ka saamna karna padta hain. Toh aise mein kuch tips ko apnaye jinhe apna kar aap party mein zyada peene se bach sakte hain.

Jyada peene se aise bache :-


1. Apni drink ko dusri drink ke saath na milaye :- Alag-alag drink ko ek saath kabhi na milaye. Jaise ki aap whisky pee rahe hain toh last tak whisky hi piye. 2 tarah ki whisky aur 2 tarah ke Vodka ko ek saath na milaye. Varna yeh pet mein ghool kar bechaini paida kar sakte hain.

2. Peene ke baad khate rahe :- Jyada peene se kai baar ulti ho jati hain, Jisse sharir ki saari oorja bahar nikal jati hain. Toh isliye kewal yeh jaroori nahi hain ki sharab peene se pahle hi khaya jaye balki uske baad bhi khane se mahtav aur bhi zyada badh jata hain. Peene ke saath aap chahe toh salad ka sewan kar sakte hain. Agar aap sharab ke saath energy drink le lenge toh aap ek jimmedar aadmi kahlayenge.

3. Khali pet na piye ;- Party mein jaha aapko lagta hain ki aap ek peg se jyada pee sakte hain , Oos jagah par jane se pahle aapko kuch kha lena chahiye, Jisse sharab khali pet aapko nuksan na pahuchaye. Koshish kare ki party mein jane se pahle ek mini meals ya kuch aisa paushtik khana khaye, Jisse aapka pet bhar jaye aur sharab aapko nuksan na pahucha sake.

4. Peene ke waqt smoking na kare :- Kai logo ke liye yeh aam baat hain ki log aksar sharab peene ke sath smoking ka bhi maza lete hain. Lekin hamari salah hain ki peene ke waqt smoking bilkul bhi na kare, Kyonki yeh aapke liye aur bhi preshani paida kar sakti hain.

5. Peene se pahle Kela khaye : - Peene se pahle koshish kare ki aap 1 ya 2 se jyada Kele kha le. Kela aapke pet mein jyada der tak tika rah sakta hain aur yeh aapke sharir mein mauzood glucose se instant energy deta hain.

6. Sharab ke saath meetha bilkul bhi na khaye :- Sharab ke saath khaya gya meetha padarth jaise chocolate aur meethai kafi tezi ke saath nashe ke level ko aur zyada badha dete hain. Agar aisa ho gya hain toh Vitamin C se bharpoor Nimbu aur khatti cheez khilana chahiye. Isse nasha kam ho jata hain, aap chahe toh zyada nasha hone par Dahi bhi khila sakte hain. Insaan isse behtar mahsoos karta hain.
