Cheese ko jo log like karte hain unhe Mozzarella Cheese ke bare mein jaroor pata hoga. Jab yeh Microwave mein cook ho rahe pizza par pighalna shuru hota hain toh mooh se paani aa jata hain.

1. Phosphorus ka accha source hain :- Mozzarella cheese mein phosphorus acchi khasi quantity mein paya jata hain, Yeh khane mein calcium ko sokhne ke liye bhi madad karta hain. Hajma aur kidney ko sahi dhang se kaam karne ke liye yeh jaroori hain.
