Social Media aaj hamari life ka important part ban chuka hain. Hum apni feelings aur vichaaro ko social media par share karte rahte hain. Hum apni life ki sabhi jaroori events social media par share karte rahte hain.

Kya aapko is hafte ka koi aisa din yaad hain jis din aapne Facebook ya Twitter par Sign in na kiya ho? Kuch time ke liye agar Internet slow ho jaye ya phir internet kaam na kare, toh aapke liye time pass karna mushkil ho jata hain? Aapko har waqt online rahne ki jaroorat mahsoos hoti hain. Aap hamesha social media se connected rahna chahte hain. Ise Addiction yani ki latt kaha ja sakta hain.

Har 5 minutes baad Facebook ko check karna :- Log jyadatar Facebook ya Twitter jaisi Social networking sites par apni photo aur thoughts upload karte hain. Lekin agar aap lagatar in updates ko dekhte rahte hain. Aapki koshish yeh rahti hain ki koi update chhoot na jaye toh aap FOMO ke shikaar hain.

Friends ke baare mein har information chahiye :- Aap social media par apne friends ke updates dekhte rahte hain aur phir unke jaisa hi karna chahte hain. Aap unse compare karte hain. Kaun better selfie leta hain? Kaun Kis restaurant mein jata hain? Aap apne friends se bewajah ke competition mein ulajh kar rah jate hain.

Har Events aur Activity mein participate lena :- Weekend ke liye aapne koi plan bana rakha hain. Isi beech aapke paas koi invitation aa jata hain aur aap usay mana nahi kar pate aur end mein dono ko haan kar dete hain. Aap YOLO (You only live once) mein vishwas rakhte hain. Aur isse aapka cheezo ko miss karne ka darr badhne lagta hain.

Khana khane se pahle photo khane ki photo lena :- Chahe aap cooking kar rahe ho ya phir kisi restaurant mein khana khane ja rahe hain aur aap bina khane ki photo khiche khana nahi kha paate ho. Aap oon Photo ko Facebook ya Twitter par jaroor upload karte hain toh aap FOMO ke shikaar ho gye hain.

Phone ghar par rah jaye toh :- Galti se agar aapka phone ghar par chhoot jaye toh aapke liye isse bada dukh aur koi dusra nahi ho sakta hain. Phone ghar par chhootne par yeh pata lage ki phone ghar par hi rah gya hain toh aap nervous breakdown ke shikaar ho jate hain. Yeh FOMO ke saath saath Nomophobia ka bhi sanket hain.
