Swine Flu se bachne ke tarike aur gharelu nuskhe.
Swine Influenza ko swine flu kah kar bulaya jata hain. Influenza ek virus hota hain jo suwar ke saans se nikalta hain. Is virus mein convert hone ki capacity hoti hain jis wajah se yeh asaani se logo mein phail jata hain. Insaano mein Khansi, Thakaan, Nazla, Ulti hona, bukhaar, Dast, sharir mein dard aadi swine flu ke lakshan hote hain. 

Yeh saans ke jariye sharir mein daakhil hota hain. Hum aaj aapko Swine flu se bachne ke tarike aur gharelu upay ke baare mein batane ja rahe hain. Agar aap swine flu ke mareez hain to bhi aap in nuskho ko ajma sakte hain. Agar aap H1N1 virus ki chapet mein aa gye hain to Hospital mein jald se jald admit ho. 

To chaliye jante hain Swine flu se bachne ke liye kya karna chahiye? 

1. Hygiene rahe :- Swine flu se bachne ka sabse asaan tarika hain ki apne haatho ko daily lagatar dhote rahe aur saabun laga kar garm paani se 15-20 seconds ke liye dhoye. Khas taur par khana khane se pahle aur kisi aisi cheez ko chhoone ke baad jisme aapko lagta ho ki yaha par flu ka virus ho sakta hain, Jaise ki darwaaze ke handle, Bus train mein safar ke baad haatho ko jaroor dhoye. 

2. Lahsun :- Lahsun ki 2 kalliya kacchi chabaye. Aap ise gungune paani ke saath bhi le sakte hain. Kyonki Lahsun khane se immunity jyada badhti hain. 

3. Neem :- Neem Air ko saaf karti hain, Jisse yeh hawaa se hone wali bimariyo mein kargar saabit hoti hain. Swine Flue se bachne aur khoon ko saaf karne ke liye aap rojana 3-4 Neem ki pattiya chaba sakte hain.

4. Giloy :- Giloy kai saare areas mein paayi jati hain. Giloy ki ek foot lambi tahni le, Isme 5-6 tulsi ki pattiya mila kar ise 15-20 minutes tak boil kare, jab tak iske tatv isme ghul nahi jate hain. Isme swaadanusaar Sendha namak, Kali mirch aur Mishri mila le. Ise thoda thanda hone de aur gungune ka sewan kare. Immunity badhaane ke liye yeh kargar nuskha hain. Agar Giloy ka paudha nahi mil raha hain toh Bazaar mein Giloy ka powder asaani se aapko mil jayega. Is Giloy ke powder ka istemal aap kadha banane ke liye bhi kar sakte hain.

5. Aloe Vera :- Aloe Vera asaani se mil jata hain. Aloe Vera gel 1 chammach mein paani ke sath lene se skin healthy rahti hain. Isse jodo ka dard bhi door hota hain aur saath hi immunity ko boost karne mein yeh madad karta hain. 

6. Tulsi ke patte :- Dono taraf se dhooli huyi tulsi ki pattiya rojana subah le. Tulsi apne medical guno ki wajah se jani jati hain. Yeh gale aur fefde ko saaf rakhti hain aur immune system ko majboot bana kar body ko infection aadi se bachaane mein madad karti hain.

7. Rojana pranayam kare :- Gale aur Fefde ko healthy rakhne ke liye rojana pranayam aur jogging kare. Aapko yeh healthy rakhne ke saath saath yeh har bimari ke liye faydemand hota hain jo naak, gale aur fefdo se related hoti hain. 

8. Gunguna doodh :- Jin logo ko doodh se allergy nahi hain veh doodh mein haldi daal kar raat ko pee sakte hain. 

9. Kapoor :- Goli ke size ka Kapoor ka tukda mahine mein 1 ya 2 baar liya ja saka hain. Bade log ise paani ke saath nigal sakte hain aur chote baccho ko yeh aaloo ya kele ke saath masalkar diya ja sakta hain, Kyonki ise seedha lena mushkil hain. Lekin aapko yaad rakhna hoga ki kapoor rojana nahi lena hain sirf mahine mein 1 baar hi ise lena hoga.

10. Vitamin C :- Khatte phal aur Vitamin C se bharpoor Amla Juice ko pijiye. Amla juice ko aap fresh bana kar pee sakte hain, aur bazaar mein milne wala Packaged Amla juice ka sewan bhi aap kar sakte hain.
