Agar aap apne busy routine ya alas ki wajah se gym nahi ja paate hain aur aane wale hafte mein kisi party ya marriage function mein jaane wale hain aur apne badhe huye pet se nijaat paana chahte hain toh in 5 asaan kargar steps ko ajmayiye aur sirf 7 dino mein apne pet ko slim kare.

First Step :-

Agar aap sochte hain ki haazar Pushup aur Crunches maar lenge ya heavy exercise karke aapki charbi kam ho jayegi toh yeh aapki galatfahmi hain. Exercise aisi kare ki jisse body ke sabhi hisso ki muscles mein activity ho. Belly fat ko kam karne ke liye koi bhi Cardiovascular exercise faydemand hoti hain. Yoga bhi iske liye faydemand hain. Rassi kudna pet ki charbi ko kam karne ke liye behatrin exercise hain. Weight loss karne ke liye rassi koodna ke saath saath stretching exercise jaroor kare.

Second Step :-

Agar aap jump karna chahe hain toh Cattle Ball swing kare. Cattle ball exercise ke liye jhuk kar (Half bend) hokar khada hona padta hain. Iske baad dono pairo mein thoda sa gap banaya jata hain aur cattle balls ko dono haatho mein pakad kar pairo ke beech mein hote huye kandho tak uthaa kar swing kiya jata hain.

Third Step :-

Jyada se jyada Sabziya khaye. Raat ko khane mein ek ki bajaye 3 kism ki sabziya khaye. Phalo aur Sabziyo ko khana wazan kam karne ka sabse shandaar tarika hain.

Fourth Step :-

Pet ki charbi ko kam karne ke liye sabse jaroori hain diet par control rakhe. Fat ko kam karne ke liye diet ka 80% role hota hain. Sugar se bilkul doori bana le aur Glucose aur Carbohydrate ki jagah Protein wali diet le.

Fifth Step :-

Raat ko der tak jaag kar kaam karte hain toh ab yeh habit chhod de. Sahi samay par so jaye aur bharpoor neend le. Kyonki jab aap jage huye hote hain toh thakaan ki wajah se body mein kuch aise hormones bante hain jo meetha khane ke liye zor lagate hain. Saath hi kam sone se body ka Cortisol level bhi badh jata hain. Body ko rojana kareeb 7 hours ki neend jaroori hoti hain, Isliye 7 ghante ki neend jaroor le aur fit rahe.
