2. Vitamin C ki matra badhaye :- Vitamin C ki kami ke chalte Hemoglobin ka level bhi gir jata hain. Kyonki Vitamin C ki kami ki wajah se body sahi tarah se Iron ko sokh nahi pata hain. Isliye aapko apni diet mein Vitamin C se bharpoor fruits aur sabziya jaise ki Papita, Santra, Nimbu, Strawberry, Broccoli, Angoor, Tamatar, Amla aur Palak aadi jaroor shamil karna chahiye. In cheezo mein Vitamin C ke alawa Iron bhi bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain. Agar aap chahte toh doctor se consult karke Vitamin C ke supplement bhi le sakte hain.

3. Apple :- Aap ek seb kha kar Hemoglobin ka level normal banaye rakh sakte hain.
