Food Addiction ke nuksan aur isse bachne ke tarike.
Apne pasandida food ko dekh kar kisi ka bhi mann lalcha sakta hain. Aur kabhi kabhi jyada khana kha liya jaye toh bhi koi baat nahi hain, Lekin yeh aadat ban jaye toh aapko baar-baar bhookh lagne lagti hain, jo aapki sehat ke liye accha nahi hain.

Medical language mein baar-baar bhookh lagne ko Food Addiction kaha jata hain. Rojana jaroorat se jyada khane ko is category mein rakha ja sakta hain. Food Addcition ek tarah ka Eating Disorder hain. Isme logo ko baar-baar bhookh lagti hain. Halanki jyadatar log ise seriously nahi lete hain, Lekin agar is par control na kiya jaye toh yeh health ke liye nuksandeh saabit ho sakti hain.

Baar-baar khane ke bure asar :-


• Energy Level :- Food Addiction ki ek khas wajah Neurobiological Imbalance hain. Ek baar iska level body mein kam hota hain toh aadmi ko kamjori mahsoos hone lagti hain. Vah phir se khana shuru kar deta hain aur phir usay body mein energy banaye rakhne ke liye hamesha khana padta hain. Halaki baar-baar khana khane wala person apni is aadat se guilty feel karta hain. Lekin situation aisi ban jati hain ki vah bechara chah kar bhi kuch nahi kar sakta hain.

• Blood mein Cholesterol ka badhna :- Food Addiction ki wajah se aadmi na chahte huye kuch aisi cheeze kha leta hain jinhe khane se blood cholesterol level badhne ka khatra hota hain aur isse aapko heart attack, stroke jaisi problems ka saamna bhi karna pad sakta hain.

• Bina bhookh ke khana :- Baar-baar khane ki aadat hone par aadmi khata hi chala jata hain. Vah khane par puri tarah se apna control kho deta hain. Bina bhookh ke hi thodi –thodi der baad khana khata hi rahta hain. Usay bhara hua pet accha lagne lagta hain. Pahle ka khana thoda sa agar digest hota hain toh vah dobara kha leta hain. Kai baar toh vah khane ko digest hone tak ka bhi intezaar tak nahi karta hain aur dobara kha leta hain.

• Wazan badhna aur Motapa : -Food addiction ki wajah se wazan badhna aur motapa hota hain. Wazan badhne se kai aur dusri bimariya aapko gher leti hain, Jaise ki sharir ke kaam karne ki shakti kam ho jati hain aur jaldi se thakne lagte hain.

Food addiction se aise bache :-


Aaiye hum aapko batate hain ki baar-baar khane ki aadat se kaise bacha jaye.

Healthy diet le :- Apni diet mein healthy aur balanced food ko shamil kare. Fresh fruits, nuts, seeds aur different types of Vegetables ko khaye. Anaaz aur daalo se low Glycemic index wala food mil jata hain. Yeh khana body mein dheere-dheere sugar ko release karta hain. Isse body mein lagatar energy bani rahti hain, Mind shant rahta hain aur zyada waqt tak pet ke bhare hone ka ahsaas hota hain. Hamara roj ka khana, Jisme Anaaz, Daale, Sabziya aur doodh hota hain, Ise standard food ki category mein rakha jata hain.

Tension se bache :- Iske alawa lambe waqt se chale aa rahe mentally tension ki wajah se bhi logo ko baar baar bhookh lagti hain. Aisa tab hota hain jab Tension Ghrelin ke level ko badhata hain aur iska level badhne se depression aur bechaini se related behaviour ghat jata hain. Iska ek negative asar yeh hota hain ki isse bhookh badh jati hain.

Is tarah aap is routine ko tod sakte hain. Agar phir bhi control nahi kar pa rahe hain toh Psychological treatment le. Aise food lene ki koshish kare jo aapke mood ko accha banate ho. Isse body ka Serotonin level badhta hain. Yeh food depression se baahar aane mein madad karenge.

In sab upay ko apna kar aap apni is problem se nijat paa sakte hain, lekin agar phir bhi yeh problem bani rahti hain toh turant doctor se consult kare.
