Khana kha kar hum apni bhookh ko shant karte hain. Lekin bhookh ko door karne ke liye hum yeh bhool jate hain ki kaun sa food hamare liye accha hain aur kaun sa bura hain. Protein, Carbohydrate, Vitamin wale food ke beech mein Reshedaar (Fiber) food ki alag importance hoti hain. Reshedar phal aur sabziyo ko apni diet mein shamil karke healthy raha ja sakta hain. Inse kai saari bimariyo bhi door rahti hain.

Khane mein Fiber wale food ko shamil karne se digestion system ko madad milti hain. Fiber wala food pet ko bharta hain aur khane ko hazam karne mein madad karta hain. Isliye Fiber ki kami se Kabz, Bawaseer aur Blood mein cholesterol aur Sugar level badh jata hain. To dusri aor Fiber ki jyada matra agar sharir mein ho jaye to antadiyo mein preshani, Dast aur Dehydration ki problems ho jati hain.

Isliye agar aap khane mein Fiber wala food jyada khate hain to Paani bhi khoob dher saara pijiye.

Fiber se hone wale fayde :- 


1. Diabetes :- Aaj Diabetes ki problem tezi ke saath badh rahi hain. Diabetes ko control mein rakhna bahut hi jaroori hain. Aise mein reshedaar bhojan diabetes ko control karne mein aapki madad karta hain. Fiber ki quantity khane mein badhaane se blood sugar level control mein rahta hain. Fiber ke sewan se Diabetes hone ke khatre se bacha ja sakta hain.

2. Kabz aur Bawaseer ke liye :- Fiber wale food mein paani ko shokhne ki capacity payi jati hain. Aise food ko khane se sharir mein paani ki matra bani rahti hain, Jisse mall aanto se chipak nahi pata hain aur mal tyaagne mein takhleef nahi hoti hain. Sharir mein mauzood resha pachan kriya ko bhi tez karta hain. Iske alawa yeh Bawaseer ke khatre ko kam karne mein madadgar hota hain.

3. Wazan kam karne mein faydemand :- Reshedar bhojan mein Carbohydrate jyada matra mein paya jata hain, Jisse body ko energy jyada milti hain. Der tak energy milne ki wajah se baar-baar khane ki jaroorat nahi padti hain. Isse body ka weight control mein rahta hain.

4. Heart ki problems mein :- Ghulansheel reshe wale food jaise ki Oatmeal, Phallidar Sabziya ko khane se body ka cholesterol level kam hota hain. Cholesterol ke kam hone par heart se judi problems mein fayda milta hain. Isliye Nimbu aur Gajar ko khane se aap heart ki judi bimariyo ko door kar sakte hain.

Reshedar phal aur sabziya :- Tamatar, Broccoli, Gajar, Palak, Patta Gobhi, Phalliyan, Chukandar, Nimbu, Kela, Seb, Nashpati, Angoor, Cherry, Tarbooz aadi.
