Barsaat ke mausam mein hame tala-bhuna namkeen aur snacks khane ka mann karta hain, Lekin yeh snacks sehat ke liye bahut hi nuksandayak hote hain. Fried food ki bajaye agar healthy snacks ko khayenge toh aapka pet bhi sahi rahega aur aapki sehat bhi acchi rahegi. Yeh healthy snacks jaha dekhne mein badhiya dikhayi dete hain, vahi taste ke mamle mein tali-bhooni cheezo se jyada lajwaab hote hain.

Baarish ke mausam ke liye healthy snacks ke tips :-

• Dishes mein Nuts ka istemal kare. Isse pet asaani se bhar jata hain. Agar aap kuch banana nahi chahte hain toh Dry fruits bade kaam ki cheez hain.

• Healthy snacks banate waqt yaad rakhe ki yeh bahut hi khoobsurat nazar aane chahiye, saath hi yeh aise hone chahiye ki inhe asaani se carry bhi kiya ja sake. Inhe khane ke liye agar plates ki jaroorat na pade toh ye aur bhi accha rahega.

• Agar yeh sundar nahi dikhenge to inhe koi nahi khayega. Aisa kuch try kare, Ek bada bowl le aur us par rang-birangi sabziyo ki katran rakh de. Jaise Gajar, Baby corn, Kakdi, Coloured Shimla mirch. Dahi se dip bana le. Ism e Jotter Powder aur Sun-dried tomato bhi shamil kare. Thoda garlic aur Basil maza dugna kar dega.

• Is snacks ke sath peene ke liye bhi kuch accha hona chahiye, Jo bilkul bhi nuksandeh na ho. Iced tea, Green tea aur flavoured water ko inke saath serve kare.

< • Yahi vah khana hain jo gilt free hota hain, Isliye healthy food banate waqt yeh bhi dhyaan rakhe ki quantity thodi zyada honi chahiye, kyonki aise snacks aksar jyada kha liye jate hain. Inhe banate waqt khoob saari banane ki taiyaari kare.

• Yeh bhi aap try kar sakte hain… Whole-wheat Crackers par kisa hua Paneer chhidke. Kali Mirch, Chilli Flex aur fresh vegetables se decorate kare.

• Mausam ka asar in par bilkul bhi nazar nahi aana chahiye. Snacks kurkure hone chahiye.

• Snacks ko healthy banane ke chakkar mein taste se samjhauta na kare. Taste ko hamesha top par banaye rakhe.
