Pairo mein dard hona ek aam bimari hain, jo puri life mein kabhi kabhi na kabhi aapko preshan jaroor karti hain. Yeh dard pairo ki ungliyo mein, Aidi, talwo aur takhne samet pairo mein kanhi bhi ho sakta hain. Leg pain hone ke kai reason ho sakte hain, Jaise ki badhti umar, shoes sahi size ke nahi pahanna, Bahut jyada chalna ya lambe waqt tak khade rahna, khane mein minerals ki kami ka hona, diabetes aur dusri sehat se judi problems.  Kuch gharelu ilaj pairo ki care karne mein bahut hi zyada faydemand hote hain. Agar aap apne pairo ka dard door karna chahte hain toh neeche diye gye upchar (treatment) ko apna sakte hain.

Pairo ke dard ko door karne ke gharelu nuskhe, upay aur tarike :- 


• Barf :- Ice therapy bhi dard aur sujan ko kam karne ka ek asardar tarika hain. Ek chote se plastic ke bag mein ice ke chote chote slices daale aur dard ko door karne ke liye circulation motion mein infected areas ki massage kare. Isse swelling ko kam karne mein madad milti hain. Lekin is baat ka dhyaan rakhna chahiye ki Ice pack ka istemal 10 minutes se zyada nahi karna chahiye, Nahi to yeh aapki skin aur nerves ko nuksaan pahucha sakta hain.


• Mustard Seeds :- Sarso ke beej ka istemal sharir se zehreela paani nikaalne, blood circulation mein sudhaar laane aur sujan ko kam karke pair dard ke ilaj ke liye istemal kiya jata hain. Kuch sarso ke beej lekar, pees le aur unhe garm paani ki ek baalti mein milaye. Apne pairo ko is paani mein 10 se 15 minutes tak dooboye.


• Hot & Cold Water therapy :- Hot & Cold Water therapy leg pain se rahat paane ka sabse best tarika hain. Hot water treatment Blood flow ko badhata hain to vahi Cold treatment sujan ko kam karne mein madad karta hain. 2 Baalti le, 1 baalti mein thada paani bhare aur dusri baalti mein thoda gunguna paani bhare. Apne pairo ko 3 minutes tak gungune paani ki baalti mein daale aur 3 minute ke baad 10 second ke liye apne pairo ko thande paani mein daale. Is process ko 2-3 baar dohraaye. Lekin yaad rahe ki aap iski shuruvaat garm paani se kare aur thande paani par khatm kare. Aap pairo ka dard ko kam karne ke liye 10 minute ke liye baari-baari garm aur thanda pack bhi laga sakte hain.


• Tejpaat :- Agar aapko pressure, moch ya chot ki wajah se pairo mein dard ho raha hain to aap is problem se rahat paane ke liye Tejpatte ka istemal kar sakte hain. Iske alawa yeh pairo ki badboo ko bhi door karne mein madad karta hain. Ek cup seb ke sirke mein ek mutthi tejpaat mila kar kuch der ke liye ubaale. Ab sooti kapde ki madad se dard wali jagah par lagaye. Pair dard  se rahat paane ke liye is upay ko din mein kai baar try kare.


• Sendha Namak :- Sendha namak ek aur asarkaari gharelu upay hain, jo pairo ke dard se tatkaal rahat pahuchata hain. Garm paani ki ek tub mein 2-3 chammach Sendha namak mila kar, Is garm paani mein apne pairo ko 10-15 minutes  tak dooboye. Phir apne pairo ko dryness se bachane ke liye uspar moisturizer lagaye. Vaise bhi Garm paani mein pairo ko rojana doobone se dher saare fayde hote hain.


• Laung ka tel :- Laung ka tel, seerdard,  jodo ka dard, daant dard, nail fungus, Athlete foot aur pairo ke dard ko door karne wala ek chamatkari tel mana jata hain. Turant araam paane ke liye laung  ke tel se pairo ki dheere-dheere maalish kare. Massage karne se blood flow tez  hota hain aur muscles ko aaram milta hain. Pairo ke dard ki samsya se nijat paane ke liye din mein kai baar pairo ki maalish kare.


• Sirka :- Sirka, Sujan, Moch aur ainthan ki wajah se hone wale pairo ke dard ko door kane ka kargar ilaj hain. 1 baalti garm paani mein 2 bade chammach Sirke aur ek chota chammach namak ya sendha namak milaye. Phir apne pairo ko isme 20 minutes ke liye dooobo de. Sirke ke aur bhi kai fayde hote hain.
