Dance ke jariye weight lose karne ka tarika. Dance kare aur wazan kam kare.
Aapko jankar hairaani hogi ki dance karne se hamari body se calorie burn hoti hain. Gym jane aur diet mein katoti karne se accha tarika yeh hain ki aap apne favorite song par kuch dance kar le aur apna wazan kam kare. Dancing se blood circulation accha rahta hain aur body bhi tone ho jati hain. Har kism ka dance wazan nahi kam kar sakta hain, Iske liye kuch aise dance form hain, jinhe karne se aapko fayda hoga.

Wazan kam (weight loss ) karne ke liye yeh hain special kism ke dance form :-


• Ballet :- Agar aap apni body ko shape mein lana chahte hain, toh yeh dance jaroor karna chahiye. Is dance mein body ka har hissa khichta hain, Iska jyada pose yoga ki tarah lagta hain. Isse dhyaan lagane ki power badhti hain. Sharir mein lacheelapan aata hain aur jami huyi charbi galti hain.


• Pole Dancing :- Pole par chadhna aur latakna body ki badhi huyi calorie ko kam karta hain. Daily 30 minutes tak pole dancing ka matlab hain rojana gym mein 20 minutes bitana. Is dance se body tone, shape aur weight kam hote hain. .


• Belly Dancing :- Is dance mein body ka har hissa move karta hain. Isme kulhe ka istemal sabse jyada kiya jata hain. Kamar ki charbi kam hone ke saath saath jaangh aur pet ki charbi bhi kam hoti hain. Is dance ko aap YouTube par Video dekh kar ya phir kisi dance class ko join karke seekh sakte hain. Is dance mein body mein lacheelapan aata hain aur body bhi fit rahti hain. .


• Freestyle :- Yeh dance aapko free hokar naachne mein madad karta hain. Isme na kisi step ki tension hoti hain aur na hi body movement ki. Is dance se sharir ka motapa kam hota hain aur body mein lacheelapan bhi aata hain. Is dance ko karne ke liye fast music beat ki jaroorat padti hain, jo non-stop bajti rahe. Rojana 30 minutes tak freestyle dance karne se wajan kam hota hain.
