Barsaat ke mausam mein kya khaye aur kya nahi khaye?
Garmiyon ke mausam ke baad barsaat ka mausam aata hain toh maano garmi se kuch rahat milti hain. Lekin is barsaat ke dino mein hame apni sehat ka khyaal rakhna bahut hi jaroori ho jata hain. Mansoon ke mausam mein hame kya khana chahiye aur kya nahi khana chahiye, Iske baare mein janna bahut jaroori hain.

Barsaat apne saath kai saari bimariya lekar aati hain. Lekin is barsaat ke mausam mein hum apni jeebh ki wajah se kai bimariyo ke shikaar ho sakte hain. Bhala Jeebh ki wajah se kyon? Kyonki is barsaat ke mausam mein hame chatpata aur garma-garm khane ka mann karta hain.

Baarish ke dino mein yeh cheeze nahi khani chahiye :-


• Fast Food :- Galiyo mein bik rahe noodles aadi ko bilkul bhi nahi khana chahiye, Kyonki inhe gande paani mein ubaala jata hain. Saath hi isme dher saara Ajinomoto, Sauce aur Kharab tel milaya jata hain jo hamare health ke liye bahut hi hanikarak hote hain.

• Chat :- Chat ko log bahut hi maze lekar khate hain. Shahro mein jyadatar chat sadko ke kinaare bikati hain. Isme istemal kiya jane wala ganda paani aur aaloo aapki tabiyat ko kharaab kar sakte hain.

• Patta Gobhi aur Palak :- Baarish ke dino mein hamara pachan tantra kamjor ho jata hain, isliye is mausam mein khane ka vishesh dhyaan rakhe. Palak aur Patta gobhi mein keede aur unke ande hote hain. Isliye inhe nahi khana chahiye. Agar aap inhe khana hi chahte hain to unhe acchi tarah se gungune paani se dho kar khaye.

• Pakaude :- Barsaat ke dino mein garma-garm chai ke saath pakaude khana bhala kise pasand nahi hote hain. Lekin yeh drip fried pakaude khane ke baad pachane mein bahut time lagaate hain. Yeh aapka pet kharab kar sakte hain. Isliye baarish ke mausam mein pakaude na khaye.

• Mushroom :- Barsaat ke dino mein mushroom khane se bhi bachna chahiye. Kyonki is mausam mein mushroom khane se infection hone ka khatra dusre mausamo ke mukable kafi jyada hota hain.

• Kaccha Salad :- Barsaat ke dino mein kaccha salad aur Hari pattedar sabziya nahi khani chahiye. Kyonki is mausam mein inme bahut jyada bacteria aur keede paye jate hain, jo hame sahi tarah se dikhayi nahi dete hain. Inhe khane se aapko pet mein infection ho sakta hain.

• Golgappe (Paanipuri) :- Agar aap golgappe khane ke shaukin hain khas karke Ladkiyon ko yeh baat acchi na lage, Lekin Paanipuri mein istemal kiya jane wala paani bacteria ka ghar hota hain. Ise khane se aapko diarrhoea, Ulti, Pet mein dard, Typhoid, bhookh na lagna aur food poisoning jaisi khatarnaak bimariya ho sakti hain.

• Samosa aur kachaudi :- Barsaat ke dino mein Samosa aur kachaudi ko hum kaise bhool sakte hain. Lekin inme bhari jane wali feeling ko kha kar aapko acidity, pet ka infection, diarrhoea aur motapa ki bimari se joojh sakte hain. Samosa banane ke liye kharab kate-peete aaloo ka istemal kiya jata hain aur Samosa banane ke liye aaloo kafi waqt pahle ubala jata hain, Isliye is mausam mein samosa zara bach kar khaye.

• Phalo ka juice :- Vaise toh fruits juice peena sehat ke liye faydemand hota hain, Lekin is mausam mein fruits bahut jaldi kharab ho jate hain. Lekin dukaandar jyada paise kamane ke liye hame kharab phalo wala juice peela dete hain. Saath hi aapko pahle se kate huye phal bhi nahi khana chahiye.

• Sea food :- Vaise toh Sea food jaise Macchali, Jhinga aadi khana sehat ke liye faydemand hote hain. Lekin baarish ke mausam mein inhe jyada khane se bhi bachna chahiye.


Baarish ke mausam mein yeh cheeze aap jaroor khaye :-


• Soup :- Baarish ke dino mein aapko ghar ka bana soup jaroor peena chahiye. Aap iske liye Lauki, Kaddu ya Chicken soup pee sakte hain. Bahar ke mukable ghar ka bana soup bahut hi jyada faydemand hota hain. Baarish ke mausam mein soup jaroor peena chahiye.

• Dry fruits :- Dry fruits zinc aur Vitamin E se bharpoor hote hain. Jo body ki immunity ko badhaane mein madad karte hain. Isliye apni diet mein daily 1 mutthi sukhe mewe jaroor khana chahiye. Sharir ko androoni takat milegi aur bahar ke badalte mausam ka bhi asar nahi hoga.

• Karela, Methi aur Nimbu :- Kadwe aur Khatte swaad wali sabziya aur phal barsaat ke dino mein jaroor khani chahiye. Monsoon mein asaani se milne wali yeh cheeze body ki immunity ko badhane mein kafi madad karti hain. Vitamin C is mausam mein aapke liye kafi faydemand hota hain, Yeh aapko bimariyo se door rahne mein madad karta hain aur body ki immunity ko badhata hain. Isliye is mausam mein Nimbu aur Mosambi ko apni diet mein jaroor shamil karna chahiye.

• Tulsi :- Baarish ke dino mein Tusli ki 3-4 pattiya roj khani chahiye. Tulsi mein Antioxidants paye jate hain. Yeh Anti-Viral agent hota hain. Chai mein tulsi ki pattiya daal kar piye ya phir Chini ya gud ke saath tulsi mila kar khaye.

• Herbal tea (Green tea) :- Monsoon ke mausam mein herbal tea ko peena bahut hi faydemand hota hain, Vaise good health ke liye herbal tea kisi bhi mausam mein kafi acchi rahti hain. Aap chahe toh isme Adrak, Kali mirch aur Shahad bhi mila sakte hain.

• Lahsun :- Barish ke dino mein soup toh peena hi chahiye, Lekin is soup mein agar aap lahsun ki kuch kaliyan bhi daal denge toh yeh aur bhi jyada faydemand ban jayegi. Lahsun aapki body ki immunity ko boost karta hain aur toxins ko bahar nikaalta hain. Iske alawa aap lahsun ko sukha bhoon kar sabzi ya daal mein bhi istemal kar sakte hain.

• Fruits chat :- Agar aapko kuch chatpata khane ka mann kar raha hain to aap ghar ka bana Fruits chat kha sakte hain.

Baarish ke dino mein bimariya bahut hi tezi ke saath phailti hain. Is mausam mein bimariyo se bachne ka sabse asaan tarika ye hain ki aap Street Food ko avoid kare, Jyada tali-bhuni cheezo se doori banaye aur healthy rahe.
