Jyadatar log vrat (upvaas) ke dino mein Ramdaana ya jise rajgira bhi kaha jata hain, uska istemal jaroor karte hain. Rajgire ke aate se pudi, parantha ya halwa aadi bana kar vrat ke dino mein khate hain.

Ramdaane se bane laddoo bhi log upvaas ke mein khate hain. Yeh swasthyavardhak guno se bhara hua hota hain aur body ko energy deta hain.

Ramdaana Ya Rajgira aakhir cheez kya hain? 


Amaranth (Lal Bhaaji/Saag) Chaulai.Rajgira (Ramdaana) ek khane wala food hain. Yeh Amaranth ka beej hota hain. Amaranth ko Hindi mein Chaulai bhi kaha jata hain. Lekin Yeh Hari Chaulai na hakar Lal Chaulai hoti hain, Jise Lal Saag, Lal Bhaji aadi kaha jata hain. Isi Lal Chaulai (Lal Bhaji/Saag) ke beejo ko Ramdaana ya Rajgira kahte hain.

Ji yeh vahi lal bhaji hain jisme Palak ke mukable sabse zyada Calcium aur Iron hota hain. Is lal Chaulai saag ke fayde bahut hain. Lekin iske beejo ko Ramdaana kaha jata hain, Jiske baare mein aaj hum janenge.

Ramdaana ka naam shayad isliye pada hoga ki ise Bhagwaan Ram ne kabhi na kabhi vrat ke dino mein jaroor khaya hoga, Tabhi to vrat ke dino mein Ramdana ko phalahaar ke roop mein khaya jata hain. Ramdaana Duniya ka sabse purana food hain. Ise English mein Amaranth kahte hain.

Paushtikta se bharpoor Ramdaane mein Genhu ke mukable kai guna zyada Calcium, Iron hota hain. Yeh dhaan aur makai se bhi jyada paustik food hain. Shakahari logo ko ramdaana khane se macchli ke jitna protein milta hain.

Iska naam bhi kisi paheli jaisa lagta hain. Yeh Bharat mein kaha se aaya, is baat ka abhi tak pata nahi lag saka hain. Purane zamane mein kisaan ise kha kar energetic ho jate thay. Shayad isi wajah se bhagwaan ka dhanyavaad karne ke liye unhone iska naam rakh diya Ramdana Yani Bhagwaan ka dana.

English mein ise Amaranth Grain kaha jata hain. Jiska matlab maut ke khatre ko kam karna hain. Rajgira ko daane aur aate dono hi tarah se khaya ja sakta hain. Jab yeh phool jata hain to iski kheer ya chikki bahut acchi banti hain.

Iske aate ka bahut tarah se istemal hota hain. Iska aap parantha ya halwa bhi bana sakte hain aur fasting ke dauran ise kha sakte hain.

Rajgira khane mein halka hone ke saath protein se bharpoor hota hain. Iske alawa isme Fiber, Iron, Phosphorus, Copper, Magnesium aur Manganese paryapt matra mein hote hain. Ramdaana Lysine Amino Acid se bharpoor hota hain. Agar aap Rajgire ko dusre anaazo ke saath mix karke khayenge jaise ki makai ke saath to aise amino acid ka balance banega jo meat aur doodh se bhi kanhi zyada hoga. 

Ramdaana mein paustikta bharpoor matra mein bhari huyi hoti hain, Isliye ise upvaas ke dino mein laddoo, kheer ya iske aate ka halwa pudi aadi bana kar khaya jata hain.  

Ramdaana khane ke fayde :- 

♦ Genhu se badhiya :- Isme genhu ke mukable 5 guna jyada Iron aur 3 Guna zyada Fiber hota hain. 

♦ Bhookh mitaye :- Research yeh batate hain ki protein ka accha source hone ki wajah se yeh bhookh ko mitata hain. Isliye fasting ke dauran ramdaana ke laddoo khane se aapko bhookh nahi lagti hain aur aapko energy milti hain. 

♦ Blood cholesterol kam kare :- Isme Unsaturated Fatty Acids aur ghulansheel Fiber hote hain jo blood cholesterol ko kam karne mein madad karte hain. Yeh dil ke liye bahut hi faydemand hota hain. 

♦ Gluten free :- Agar aapko gluten se allergy hoti hain to aap is tasty food ko apni diet mein jaroor shamil kare. 

♦ Migraine se rahat dilaye :- Rajgire ka aata Magnesium se bharpoor hota hain, Isliye ise khane se Migraine se araam milta hain. Yeh khoon ki dhamniyo ko sikudne se rokta hain.
