Phool Gobhi khane ke fayde :- 

♦ Pregnancy mein faydemand :- Pregnancy period mein gobhi khana bahut hi faydemand rahta hain. Kyonki isme folate kafi acchi quantity mein paya jata hain. Iske alawa yeh Vitamin A aur B se bhi bharpoor hoti hain. Yeh garbh mein pal rahe bacche ke liye bahut hi labhkari hoti hain. Gobhi Vitamin C ka bhi bahut accha source hain. Vitamin C pregnancy ke time bahut hi jaroori hota hain. Isliye har pregnant woman ko rojana kam se kam ek cup gobhi to jaroor hi khani chahiye.


♦ Vitamin K se bharpoor :- Agar aap apni body mein Vitamin K ki matra badhaana chahte hain to apni diet mein gobhi ko jaroor shamil kare. Vitamin K cells ke production mein help karta hain. Ek baat aur samajh lijiye agar aapke sharir mein Vitamin K ki kami hogi to chot lagne ya zakhm hone ki situation mein aapke sharir se zyada khoon bahega. Vitamin K khoon ke thakke ko jamne mein madad karta hain.


♦ Cancer ke khatre ko kam kare :- Gobhi kha kar aap cancer jaisi janlewa bimari hone ke khatre ko kam kar sakte hain. Lungs Cancer, Breast Cancer, Bladder Cancer jaisi bimariyo ka khatra gobhi ka niyamit sewan karke kam kiya ja sakta hain. ♦ Minerals ka khazana :- Gobhi mein Zinc, Magnesium, Manganese, Phosphorus, Selenium aur sodium jaise faydemand minerals paye jate hain. Zinc hamari body ke naye cells ko banane mein madad karti hain aur body ki repair karne ka bhi kaam karti hain. Magnesium Thyroid ki problem ko door karne mein madad karti hain. ♦ Weight loss karne ke liye :- Gobhi mein payi jane wali Vitamin C weight loss karne mein madad karti hain. Yeh body se extra fat ko kam karne mein sahayak hoti hain. Iske alawa gobhi mein folate ki mauzoodgi motape se nijat dilane mein madad karta hain. Ek cup gobhi mein sirf 30 calorie hi payi jati hain. Isme starch nahi hota hain, isliye aap jitna marzi chahe ise kha sakte hain.


♦ Heart ke liye faydemand :- Yeh heart ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain. Ise khane se Cardiovascular system sahi tarah se kaam karta hain. Isliye gobhi khao aur dil ko healthy rakho.


♦ Liver ke liye accha :- Gobhi mein paye jane wale tatv Liver ke enzymes ko activate karne mein madad karte hain. Yeh liver ko behtar tarike se kaam karne mein madad karti hain, Jisse liver sharir se zehreele padartho ko asaani se bahar nikaal pata hain. Bukhaar hone par gobhi ki jad ko chawal mein paka kar subah shaam khane se fayda hota hain.

• Gobhi khane se khoon ki safai hoti hain. Gobhi ka juice peene se khoon saaf hota hain aur khoon ki kharabi door hoti hain.

• Gale mein sujan hone par Gobhi ke patto ka ras nikaal kar 2 chammach paani mila kar peene se fayda hota hain.

• Pet dard hone par Gobhi ki jad, Patte, tana, phool ko chawal ke paani mein paka kar subah-shaam peene se pet dard theek ho jata hain.

Peshab mein jalan hone par Gobhi ka kadha bana  kar mareez ko pilana chahiye. Isse bahut jaldi aaram milta hain.

Piliya hone par Gobhi ka ras bahut hi faydemand hota hain. Gajar aur gobhi ke ras ko mila kar peene se piliya theek ho jata hain.

• Khoon ki ulti hone par gobhi ka sewan karna labhkari hota hain. Gobhi ki sabzi ya kacchi gobhi khane se khoon ki ultiya band ho jati hain.

• Haddiyo ka dard door karne ke liye gobhi ke juice mein barabar matra mein gajar ka juice mila kar peene se haddiyo ka dard door ho jata hain.

Bawaseer hone par Jangali gobhi ka ras nikaal kar, Usme Kali mirch aur mishri mila kar peene se masso se khoon aana band ho jata hain.
