Baarish (Monsoon) ke mausam mein yeh phal jaroor khane chahiye. These fruits must be eat in Raining or Monsoon Season in Hindi/Urdu.

Barsaat ke dino mein pet se judi problems jyadatar dekhne ko milti hain. Iski wajah yeh hain ki monsoon ke season mein bacteria badi ki tezi ke saath body par attack karte hain. Ayurveda mein mana gya hain ki lagbhag 80% se jyada bimariya digestive system mein gadbadi ki wajah se hota hain. Aise mein digestive system ko sahi rakhne ke liye hame is mausam mein kuch aise phal khane chahiye jo hame healthy rakhe aur hame baarish ke mausam mein hone wali bimariyo se bhi bachaye. Aaiye jante hain ki mausam mein kaun se aise phal-fruit hain, Jinhe baarish ke season mein jaroor khana chahiye.

Baarish ke mausam (Monsoon Season) mein yeh 6 phal jaroor khaye :- 

1. Gunda :- Gunda ke pakke phalo ki 100 gram matra ko 100 gram paani mein ubaale. Jab paani ek chauthai rah jaye to isse kulla kare ya phir ise pee le. Masoodo ki sujan, daanto ka dard aur mooh ke chhalo mein yeh ramban dawaai ki tarah kaam karta hain. Gunde ka achaar ya sabzi bana kar khana bhi faydemand rahta hain. Gunde ko Dela, Tenti, Lasoda aadi naamo se bhi jana jata hain.


2. Aaloo Bukhara :- Aaloo bukhare ko khane se sharir ke zehreele tatv bahar nikal jate hain. Isse kabz bhi door hoti hain. Saath hi yeh pet se judi problems ko khatm karne mein madad karta hain. Aaloo Bukhare mein paye jane wale Fibers aur Anti-Oxidants ki wajah se digestive system sahi rahta hain.


3. Kela :- Pakke huye fresh Banana ko khane se sharir ko instant energy milti hain. Mana jata hain ki Kele par Kala namak laga kar khane se pet ki takhleefo mein araam milta hain.


4. Falsa :- Khoon ki kami hone par Falsa ke pakey huye fruits khane chahiye. Isse khoon badhta hain. Agar body ya skin par jalan ho to Phaalse ke phal ya sharbat subah-shaam lene se bahut jaldi aaram milta hain. Agar chehre par fode-funsiyan nikal aayi hain aur unme se mavaad aadi nikal raha ho to oos par falsey ke phalo aur pattiyo ka ras lagane se mavaad sookh jata hain aur funsiyan theek ho jati hain.


5. Aadoo :- Is phal ko khane se body ki immunity power boost hota hain. Is phal ka ras kai tarah ke bacteria ke internal infection se hame bachata hain. Aadoo ko khane se kabz aur apach ki problem door hoti hain.


6. Jamun :- Jamun mein Iron aur Phosphorus jaise tatv bharpoor matra mein hote hain. Isme Colin aur Folic Acid bhi hote hain. Jamun khane se pet ki safai ho jati hain aur yeh mooh ke swaad ko bhi durust banaye rakhti hain. Jamun ke taaze phalo ki 100 gram matra ko 300ml paani ke saath ragad le. Jisse iske chhilke aur ras nikal aaye. Ab aap iske beejo ko alag kar de. Is ras ko chhan kar kulla kar aur nigal jaye. Isse mooh ke chhale puri tarah se theek ho jayenge aur pet ki safai bhi ho jayegi. Baarish ke mausam mein jamun khane se immunity power badhti hain. Saath hi isse skin lambe waqt tak jawan bani rahti hain.
