Weight Gain tips in Hindi/Urdu. Wazan badhane ke tarike aur tips.

Duble patle ladke aur ladkiyo ko duniya ke saamne mazak ka saamna karna padta hain. Agar aap mote hain to aapko preshani ho sakti hain, lekin agar aap zyada patle hain to aur bhi zyada preshani aapko ho sakti hain. Dubli ladkiyo ko to aur bhi jyada preshani uthani padti hain. Na to oon par koi kapda fit baithta hain aur na hi ve jyada attractive aur beautiful nazar aati hain.

Aksar dekha jata hain ki jo log duble hote hain veh apna wajan badhane ke liye bazaar mein available weight gain karne wale medicine aur powder ka istemal karte hain. Lekin in sabhi ka kai baar side-effects ka samna karna padta hain. Agar aap bahut jyada duble patle hain to hum aapko kuch aise nuskhe batane ja rahe hain jinhe ajma kar aap apna weight badha sakte hain. Sharir ka wazan badhane ke liye yeh gharelu nuskhe aur upay (Tips aur tarike) jaroor ajmayiye :-

♦ Aaloo :- Aaloo jaisi root wali sabzi mein Sugar aur Carbohydrate ki acchi-khasi quantity payi jati hain jisse aapko healthy fat milta hain. Rojana boil kiye huye, grilled kiye huye aaloo apne salad, sandwich ya kisi bhi tarah ke food mein mila kar khane se kuch hi dino mein aap apna wazan badha sakte hain.


♦ Jau :- Raat ko mutthi bhar jau ke daano ko bhigo de. Subah uske chhilke ko nikaal kar doodh mein mila kar kheer banaye. Phir aap isme shakkar aur khajoor milaye. Aap ise khayiye sach mein yeh wajan badhane ke liye bahut hi kargar nuskha hain.


♦ Protein :- Protein wali diet lene se aap weight gain kar sakti hain aur aapke muscles ki takat badhti hain. Aapko doodh, Cheese, Moongfali, Butter, khajoor, daal, beans, anda aadi khaye. Aap chahe to banana milkshake bhi pee sakti hain. Subah banan shake ek glass aur shaam ko mango shake jaroor piye, isse aap asani se weight gain kar sakte hain.


♦ Daily exercise kare :- Daily exercise karne se aapke body ka fat muscles mein transfer ho jata hain. Kuch saans lene wali exercise aur yoga kare taki sharir se zehreele tatv sharir se baahar nikal jaye aur aapka stamina badhe. Aap chahe to srwangaasan, bridge pose, Cat pose aur sawaasan kar sakti hain.


♦ Badam :- Agar aapko healthy aur khubsoorat dikhna hain to aap badam ko jaroor khaye. Isse aapko takat milti hain, wajan badhta hain aur Vitamin, Iron, Phosphorus aur Calcium ki bhi supply hoti hain. 12 Badam raat ko bhigo kar subah iska chhilka utaar kar pees le. Isme 1 chammach makkhan aur mishri mila kar garm doodh ke saath khaye.


♦ Shahad :- Yeh digestion process ko sahi karta hain aur weight gain karne mein madad karta hain. Patli ladkiyo ko rojana 1 chammach shahad ek glass doodh mein mila kar peena chahiye.
