Best fruits for digestive system in Hindi/Urdu. Pachan kriya (Digestive process) ko sahi aur durust rakhne wale phal.
Apni daily diet mein kuch aise food aur fruits ko jaroor shamil karna chahiye, jisme sabhi nutrients aur protein acchi matra mein ho. 1. Ananas :- Ananas (Pineapple) jeebh par alag sa taste chhodta hain, jiski wajah se kai log ise khana pasand nahi karte hain. Lekin pachan ke liye yeh bahut hi accha phal hain. Isme Bromelain Enzyme hota hain jo khane ko hajam karne mein madad karta hain. 


2. Kela :- Yeh aapki aanto ke kaam karne ko sahi banata hain. Kele ko aap khana khane ke pahle ya baad mein kabhi bhi kha sakte hain. Dono hi tariko se yeh pet ke liye faydemand hota hain.

5. Nashpati :- Nashpati pet ke liye bahut hi accha phal mana jata hain. Ise aap hafte mein ek baar jaroor khaye. Haal hi mein huye ek research se pata chala hain, ki naashpati mein Fiber hota hain jisse potty sahi tarah se hoti hain. Nashpati Sodium free, cholesterol free aur Fat free hota hain aur 190 milligram Potassium paya jata hain, jisse pachan tantra majboot banta hain. 


6. Anjeer :- 1 Cup sukhe Anjeer mein 15 gram Fiber hota hain jo khane ko tod kar usay hazam karne mein madad karta hain. Khana khane ke baad ek cup anjeer ka sewan karne se pachan kriya sahi rahti hain. 


7. Rasbhari :- Agar aapko Diabetes aur pachan se related problem hain to rasbhari aapke liye accha option saabit ho sakta hain. Is phal mein sugar kam hota hain aur Fiber zyada paya jata hain. Isme Calories bhi kam hoti hain, Yeh behtar digestion ke liye bahut hi accha phal hain. 


8. Papita ;- Agar aap 24 ghato ke andar apni pachan shakti ko sahi karna chahte hain to kaccha papita aapki madad kar sakta hain. Agar aapki Aant kamjor hain aur Aapke sharir mein Vitamins jama nahi ho pa rahe hain to aap isse vitamin C pa sakte hain.
