Fit & Fine rahne ke liye yeh 10 cheeze apni routine mein shamil kare.
Agar aapni daily routine mein yeh 10 cheezo ko shamil karte hain to koi bhi bimari aapke aas-paas fatak bhi nahi sakti hain. Heart disease, Diabetes, Joint's Pain, Cancer, Kidney, Liver aadi ki bimariya aapse koso door rahengi. Aaiye jante hain yeh cheeze kaun si hain, aur inhe kaise istemal karna hain.

Healthy aur Fit rahne ke liye Ayurveda ke anusaar yeh cheeze jaroor apni life mein shamil karni chahiye :-

• Lahsun ki Kali :- 2 Kali Lahsun ki raat ko khane ke saath lene se Uric Acid, Dil ke rog, Jodo ka dard, Cancer aadi khatarnaak bimariya door rahti hain.


• Dalchini aur Shahad :- Sardiyo mein chutaki bhar Dalchini ki fanki chahe akele ya phir Dalchini ko Shahad ke saath mila kar din mein 2 baar lene se sharir ko kai tarah ki bimariyo se bachaav hota hain.


• Saunth :- Normal Fever, flu, Jukaam aur cough se bachne ke liye peesi huyi aadha chammach saunth aur zara sa gud ek glass paani mein itna ubaale ki paani aadha rah jaye. Raat ko sone se pahle ise piye. Badalte mausam, sardi aur barsaat ki shuruvaat mein ise peene se aap kai saari bimariyo se bach sakte hain. Sonth nahi hain to Adrak ka istemal kare.


• Harad :- Rojana 1 chhoti Harad khana khane ke baad  daanto ke taley rakhe aur iska ras dheere-dheere pet ke andar jaane de. jab kafi der baad yeh harad bilkul soft ho jaye to chaba-chaba kar kha jaye. Isse aapke baal kabhi safed nahi honge, daant 100 saal tak healthy bane rahenge aur pet ki bimariya nahi hongi. Kahte hain ki sabhi bimariyo ki jad Pet se hi shuru hota hain.


• Amla :- Kisi bhi tarah se rojana aap thoda sa Amla khate hain to puri life aap High Blood Pressure aur Heart fail hone ki problem se bache rah sakte hain. Iske alawa Amla ke sewan se aapka face glow karne lagta hain, Baal chamakdaar bante hain aur aap apne aap ko jawan mahsoos karte hain. Isliye aap Amle ka murabba khaye, Amla ka Juice piye, Aap daily Thoda Amla kisi bhi tarah se jaroor khaye.


• Tulsi aur Kali Mirch :- Rojana subah 10 Tulsi ke patte aur 5 Kali mirch jaroor chabaye. Sardi-jukaam, saans ki bimariya, Asthma aadi jaisi bimariya nahi hongi. Naak healthy rahegi.


• Methi :- Methi daana pees kar rakh le. Ek chammach ek glass paani mein ubaal kar rojana piye. Isse sugar control mein rahegi, Jodo ka dard door hoga aur pet bhi theek rahega.


• Naak mein tel :- Raat ko sote samay rojana naak mein tel lagaye. aur 5-5 boonde Badam rogan ki ya phir sarso ke tel ya bhi gaay ka desi ghee ki har roj daale.


• Kaano mein tel :- Sardiyo mein halka garm aur garmiyo mein thanda sarso ka tel 3 boonde dono kaan mein kabhi-kabhi daalte rahe. Isse kaan swasthya rahte hain.


• Chhaachh :- Tez aur Oj badhaane ke liye chhaachh ko jaroor piye. Subah aur dophar ke khane mein rojana chhaach ka sewan jaroor kare. Khana khate samay Paani ki jagah Chhachh ka istemal karna jyada faydemand hota hain.
