Garmiyo ke  mausam mein jaroor khani chahiye yeh 10 sabziya.
Garmiyo ke mausam mein hame aisi sabziya khani chahiye jo hamare sharir mein paani ki kami ko pura karne ke saath garmiyo mein hone wali bimariyo se bachaye. Garmiyo ke mausam mein hum sabhi ko neeche batayi gayi 10 sabziyo ko jaroor khana chahiye. In sabziyo ko khane se pet bhi theek rahta hain aur sharir bhi healthy banta hain.

To aayiye jante hain kaun healthy vegetable hain jinhe hame summer season mein jaroor khana chahiye.

Garmiyo mein jaroor khani chahiye yeh sabziya :-

1. Shimla Mirch :- Shimla Mirch mein Vitamin C, Vitamin A aur Beta-Carotene bahut hi jyada matra mein paya jata hain. Shimla Mirch mein calorie bilkul bhi nahi hoti hain, isliye yeh Bad cholesterol ko nahi badhane deti hain. Yeh body ko kai tarah ki bimariya jaise heart attack, osteoporosis, Motiyabind aur Asthma se ladne mein madad karti hain.

2. Turai :- Yeh sabzi khoon saaf karne wali mani jati hain. Yeh blood sugar level ko bhi control karti hain aur pet ke keedo ko khatm karne ke liye bahut hi acchi mani hain. Isliye garmiyo ke mausam mein turai (tori/taroi) jaroor khana chahiye.

3. Palak :- Palak mein kai tarah ke minerals jaise Calcium, Magnesium, Iron aur Vitamin A, B, C aadi bharpoor matra mein paye jate hain. Iske alawa yeh Fiber aur Zinc se bharpoor hota hain. Isliye ise chamatkari paudha bhi kaha jata hain.

4. Chawali :- Chawli ek saag hota hain jo garmiyo ke dino mein market mein zyada milta hain. Yeh bahut hi paushtik hota hain. Ise Chinese Spinach bhi kaha jata hain. Isme Vitamin A, B6 aur Vitamin C hota hain. Isme garmi ko door karne wale tatv paye jate hain. Saath hi yeh saans ki bimari ko bhi door karne ka kaam karti hain. Yeh malaria ko bhi door bhagati hain. Isliye garmiyo ke mausam mein Chawli ka saag jaroor khana chahiye.

5. Kaddu
:- Garmiyo ke dino mein kaddu ka sewan jaroor kare. Ise khane se pet saaf rahta hain. Pet ke keede mar jate hain. Yeh Potassium aur Fiber ka accha source hain. Yeh blood pressure ko bhi control mein rakhta hain. Yeh skin problems ko bhi door karta hain. In sabke alawa yeh blood sugar level aur aant ko bhi sahi rakhta hain. Isliye diabetes ke patient ko kaddu khane ki salah di jati hain.

6. Hari Beans :- Beans mein Omega-3 Fatty Acid paya jata hain. Isme paya jane wala Fiber dil ki bimariyo se hame bachata hain.

7. Safed Kaddu (Petha) :- Yeh garmiyo mein sharir ko thanda aur healthy rakhta hain. Isme 96 percent paani hota hain jo loo lagne se bachata hain. Isme Vitamin B1 aur B3 paya jata hain. Yeh BP ko sahi rakhne mein madad karta hain. Yeh Asthma, Kidney stone aur blood se related bimariyo ko theek karne mein bhi madad karta hain.

8. Karela :- Karela skin se fode-funsi, Rashes, fungal infection aur daag-dhabbe door karne mein bahut madad karta hain. Yeh khoon ko saaf karta hain, Blood sugar level ko kam karke diabetes ko door bhagata hain. Yeh Blood pressure ko bhi theek banaye rakhne mein madadgar hain. 


9. Kheera :- Kheera mein 95% tak paani hota hain, Jis wajah se kheera khane se body ko hydrate rakhne mein madad milti hain. Yeh body ke temperature ko sahi banaye rakhne mein madad karta hain. Kheera Potassium, Magnesium aur Fiber ka khazana hain, Jisse BP hamesha control mein rahta hain.

10. Lauki :- Lauki mein dher sara paani hota hain. Lauki ki sabzi garmiyo ke mausam mein jaroor khani chahiye. Aap chahe iska juice bhi bana kar pee sakte hain. Lauki ki sabzi khane se garmi ko door kiya ja sakta hain aur yeh pet ke liye bahut hi faydemand hoti hain. Isse Acidity, Gas aur Apach ko door kiya ja sakta hain. Lauki Sodium ka accha source hain.
