Macchali khane se hone wale shishu ka dimaag tez hota hain. Lekin yeh accha hoga ki pahle aap apne doctor se salah le le ki kaun si machhali khani chahiye aur kitni matra mein khani chahiye.


Muscles ke liye :- Workout karne ke baad muscles ko protein ki khas jaroorat hoti hain. Iske liye aap Fish try kar sakte hain. Yeh maanspeshiyo ko majboot karti hain aur unhe jald se jald recover karne ka kaam karti hain.
