4. Har din kam se kam 2 litter paani jaroor piye.

5. Sabse pahle khoon ki safai ke bare mein jane. Exercise kare. Yoga aur Jump roping sabse best mana jata hain. Aap har din apne sharir mein safoorati lane ki koshish kare.

6. Vitamin C ka sewan kare. Isse body mein Glutathione ki matra badhti hain aur Liver se khoon saaf hota hain.

7. Gahri saans le taki aapke fefdo mein oxygen sahi tarah se pahuche aur blood circulation sahi se ho.

8. Fiber wala khana khaye, Jisme Brown Rice, Sabziya aur fresh fruits ka istemal kare. Chukander, Gajar, Shalgam, Mooli, Patta gobhi, Broccoli aadi sabziyo ko jaroor khaye. Inme gajab ki rakt ko saaf karne ki power hoti hain.

• Saunf :- Saunf ek gunkari herb hain. Saunf rojana ghar mein istemal ki jane wali herb mein se ek hain. Yeh khoon ko saaf karne wali mani jati hain.

• Adrak :- Yeh ek super food mana jata hain. Iska sabse anokha fayda yeh hain ki isse khoon saaf hota hain. Agar aap ise kaccha khayenge toh yeh naya saaf khoon banayega.

• Mirch :- Kisi bhi tarah mirch khane se sharir mein khoon ki safai hoti hain. Chahe aap Kali mirch khaye ya Hari Mirch dono tarah ki mirch khoon ko saaf karne wali hoti hain. Hari mirch mein Anti-Oxidants paye jate hain jo sharir mein zehreele tatvo ko daakhil hone se rokte hain. Lekin aapko mirch khane se mana kiya gya ho toh aap iska istemal na kare.

• Nimbu :- Agar aap roj subah garm paani mein Nimbu nichod kar piyenge toh yeh aapke khoon ko saaf karne ka kaam karega. Yeh na kewal aapke khoon ko saaf karega, balki sharir se vishaile tatvo ko bahar bhi nikaal dega. Ek hafte tak yeh nimbu paani piyenge toh aapko iska asar khud-b-khud dikhayi dene lagega.

• Gajar aur Chukander :- Inke ander Carotene paya jata hain jo na kewal aankho aur skin ke liye accha hota hain. Balki Carotene sharir se zehareele tatvo ko saaf karke khoon ko saaf banata hain. Gajar hamare pachan tantra ko bhi sahi rakhta hain.

• Neem :- Neem ko kisi bhi tarah se istemal karne se liver khoon ko saaf karta hain. Neem ke patto ka ras peene se khoon ko saaf kiya ja sakta hain aur chehre par lalima aati hain.

• Karela Juice :- Karela ya iska juice dono hi khoon ko saaf karne wale mane gye hain. Karela khane ya Karela Juice peene se Liver ki sabhi problems door hoti hain aur Yeh khoon ko saaf karta hain. Karela Hemoglobin ko badhane wala bhi mana gya hain.
