Body ka stamin Badhane wale food.
Agar aapka baccha rojana school ke aane ke baad thak jata hain toh yeh sahi baat nahi hain. Kya aapko nahi lagta hain ki uske ander koi kami hain ya usay puri tarah se poshan nahi mil raha hain. 1. Kela :- Kele energy ka important source hain, Lekin kya aapki body ke stamina ko bhi badhata hain? Ji haan, Kela sharir ko takat deta hain aur usay balwaan banata hain. Agar aap ek kela rojana doodh ke saath shake bana kar peete hain toh aap mahine bhar mein bhi gajab ke stamina wale bana jayenge.

2. Deshi Ghee :- Takat ko badhane ke liye aur Sharir ko majboot banane ke liye Shuddh Deshi Ghee ko apni diet mein jaroor shamil karna chahiye.


3. Dry Fruits :- Sukhe mewo mein Gari, Chhuhara, Munakka, Kaju, Badam aadi sharir mein androoni takat late hain. Inka rojana sewan karne se body mein immune system majboot banta hain, Jisse sharir ko bimariyo se ladne mein madad milti hain.

5. Palak ka soup :- Agar aap vegetarian hain aur motape ka khyaal rakhte huye har cheez khate hain toh palak ka soup aapke sharir ki har jaroorato ko pura karega aur energy dega. Palak mein bharpoor matra mein calcium hota hain aur yeh body ki stamina ko badhata hain.

6. Coffee :- Coffee ka sahi matra mein sewan body mein energy ko boost up karta hain aur thakaan ko door bhagata hain. Aise mein sharir mein androoni takat ka ahsaas hota hain.

7. Peanut butter :- Peanut butter mein kai aise gun hote hain jo aapke heart ko healthy aur dimaag ko tez banate hain. Ise khane se aapki takat bhi badhti hain, basharte iska sewan zyada na kiya jaye, varna tummy fat bhi ho sakta hain.

8. Sprouts :- Sprout yani ki ankoorit daalo ka sewan bhi sharir ko behtar banata hain aur takat deta hain. Sprout har daal aur anaaz ka accha hota hain, Lekin sharir ke liye sabse faydemand sprout Moong ki daal ka hota hain.
