Special Tea
Chaay peena hamare sehat ke liye accha hi hota hain. Agar chaay mein kuch masale mila kar chaay ka good combination banaya jaye toh yeh aur bhi tasty aur faydemand ban jayegi. Aaiye jante hain aisi 5 bemisaal chaay ke bare mein jinhe peene se aapka metabolism bhi sahi rahta hain, Skin bhi khubsoorat banti hain aur bimariya bhi paas aane se katraati hain.

1) Jeere wali chaay :- Agar garmiyo ke dino mein aapko neend nahi aati ho toh yeh chaay aapke bahut kaam aayegi. Jeere mein mann ko shant karne wala gun paya jata hain, Jiss aapke sharir ko rahat milegi. Jeere ki madad se aap khane mein zyada iron pa sakte hain. Neend na aane ki bimari ke shikaar logo ko kela mash karke usme zeera powder daal kar khane ki salah di jati hain. Toh jeere wali chaay neend lane ke liye behatarin hain.

2) Chamomile tea :- Chamomile tea pachan tantra ke liye bahut hi faydemand chai hain. Khane ke baad tension aur depression ko door karne ke liye aap yeh chai pee sakte hain. Green tea ke fayde ke bare mein toh bahut kuch likha jata raha hain, lekin Chamomile tea bhi skin related problems ko door karne ke liye behtar option ke taur par duniya ke saamne aayi hain. Chamomile tea ke thande kiye gye bags aankh par rakhne se dark circle ghatte hain aur aankho ki sujan kam hoti hain.

3) Elaichi wali chai :- Aap sabhi ko elaichi wali chai jaroor pasand hogi. Is chai ko peene se na sirf pachan shakti badhti hain, balki seer dard se rahat milti hain. 4) Kesar wali tea
:- Aapne kesar wale doodh ke bare mein suna hoga, Lekin kya aap kesar wali chaai ke bare mein jante hain. Kesar wale pakwan bhi khaye honge, Lekin kesar wali chai bhi bahut tasty hoti hain. Kesar ko hamesha hi swasthayavardhak mana jata raha hain. Yeh na sirf chai ke taste ko badhaati hain, balki ise peene se cancer hone ka khatra bhi kam hota hain. Isme Anti-Oxidants hote hain jo aankho ko fayda pahuchate hain aur dil ko majboot banate hain. Shaam ke waqt is chaay ko jaroor piye aur healthy jiye.

5) Dalchini wali chaay :- Dalchini mein dusre masalo ke mukable zyada anti-oxidants hote hain. Yeh aapke cholesterol level ko control mein rakhti hain, Dalchini ke istemal se cholesterol kam ho jata hain, toh dalchini wali chai jaroor piya kare.
