Food for Weight losing.
Agar aap bhi wajan ghatana ya kam karna chahte hain toh aapko hamesha yahi khyaal rahta hain ki wajan kam karne ke liye kaun sa food khaye. Weight loss karne ke liye kya khaye? Wajan ghatane ke  liye kaun si cheezo  ko khana chahiye ? to aaj ki post  aapke liye hain, In cheezo ko apni diet mein istemal kare aur kuch hi hafte mein apna wajan kam kare. 

Wajan ghatane (Kam karne) ke liye Food (Food for Slim/Weight loss in Hindi/Urdu.) :- 

• Agar aap tea peena like karte  hain to weight loss karne ke liye aap Saunf ki chaai pijiye. Khas karke  tab  jab aapne  heavy food ya khana khaya ho. Khana khane ke 15 minutes baad  Saunf  wali chaay piye. Yeh garam bhojan ko jaldi hajm karne  mein madad  karti hain aur weight kam karne mein kargar saabit hoti hain. 

• Karonda (Cranberries) ek tarah ka ber ke jaise dikhne wala khatta phal hota hain, jisse achaar aadi mein istemal kiya jata hain. Karonda  bahut hi khatta hota  hain, Khatta phal hone ki wajah se isme  Vitamin C bharpoor matra mein paya  jata hain. Wajan kam karna chahte hain toh karonde ka juice  try kare. Sharir ka metabolism theek ho jata hain aur khana jaldi pachta hain. 

• Kheera wajan kam karne  ka sabse  asardaar nuskha mana jata hain. Kheere mein 90% tak paani hota hain, Isliye khane se pahle Kheere ka salad khaye taki pet bhara-bhara mahsoos ho. Ise niyamit khane se hafte mein 2 Kg. weight loss kiya ja sakta hain. 

• Agar aap Dieting kar rahe hain toh aap Aadoo har roja khaye, Kyonki yeh wajan kam karta hain. Ek Aadoo mein kewal  70 calorie hoti hain, Jo wajan ko badhne nahi deti hain. Wajan ghatana koi easy task nahi hain, Lekin ise easy banaya ja sakta hain. Aadoo wajan kam karne mein bahut hi faydemand phal hain. 

• Lal mirch ka sewan jyada nahi karna chahiye, Lekin wajan ghatane ki baat ki jaye toh daily lal  mirch ka sewan kijiye. Rojana Lal Mirch ko khane se   body ka metabolism ki activity  fast ho jati hain aur khana khane ke baad extra calorie burn ho jati hain. 

• Dahi ke jariye  bhi aap apna wajan kam kar sakte hain. Dophar ke khane mein regularly dahi ka sewan kare. Dahi wajan kam karne  mein madad karta hain aur isme mauzood  calcium aur protein, Fat ko kam karte hain. 

• Raagi wajan kam karne mein behtarin kaam karta hain. Isme Calcium, Vitamin B1, B2, Phosphorus aur Iron sahi matra mein hote hain. Raagi bhookh ko control karta hain, agar  bahut jyada bhookh lagti ho toh khane mein raagi mila kar khaye. Isse pet jaldi bhar  jayega aur aap asaani se wajan ko kam kar sakte  hain. 

• Tamatar bhi weight loss karne mein help karta hain. Agar aap daily tamatar ko kacche salad ke roop mein khate hain toh aap asaani se weight loss kar sakenge. Tamatar mein Beta-Carotene aur Lycopene hota hain jo weight ko control karta hain. Tamatar mein Fiber  jyada hota hain jo Metabolism ko tez  karne  mein kargar hain. 

• Agar aap apne  lagatar  badh rahe wajan se preshan hain toh Ber  ke patte  aapki bahut acchi madad kar sakte hain. Ber ke patte  wajan kam karne mein magic ki tarah kaam karte  hain. Iske liye aap inhe raat ko bhigo de. Subah khali pet bhigoye huye ber ke patto ko chaankar  kar iska paani pee  le. Ek mahine tak aisa karne se aapka wajan tezi se kam hone  lagega.
