Tamatar ke bare mein kya kahe, Yeh bahut hi tasty aur ras se bhare huye phal hain. Ji haan tamatar asal mein sabzi nahi balki phal hain. Tamatar mein Fat, Cholesterol , Sodium aur Calorie kam matra mein hote hain. Tamatar Thiamine, Niacin, Vitamin B-6, Magnesium, Phosphorus aur Copper ka bahut accha source hain.
