Pimples control karne ke tips.
Pimple yani ki muhase ek common problem hain. Pimple aapki khubsurati ko na sirf kam kar dete hain, balki aapka aatm-vishwas ko bhi neeche gira dete hain. Aise mein in Pimples ko control karne ke liye aapko neeche bataye tips ko follow karna chahiye. 

Acne ke paida hone ki wajah yeh hain ki hamare skin ki tel granthi se jyada matra mein tel nikalta hain, Skin se  nikalne wale oil ko romchidra mein hair  follicle dwara rok diya jana, Baalo ke  rom ke bheetar  bacteria ka paida hona pimple ke hone ki ahem wajah mani jati hain.

Aapko moohase ko control karne ke liye ek acchi diet plan bana lena chahiye. Aapko yeh jaan lena chahiye ki kaun sa food khane se moohase nikalte hain. Yeh healthy diet skin se nikalne wale oil level ko normal banati hain, Healthy diet aur sahi khan-pan aapke skin ki immunity  ko boost kar dete hain, Jisse bacteria aadi paida nahi hote hain. 

Drink more  water :- Paani hamare sharir ke liye bahut hi jaroori tatv hain. Yeh hamare body ke liquid electrolyte ka balance bana kar rakhta hain. Jo ki khaye  gye food se nutrients  ko sokhne mein madad karta hain. Paani sharir se zehreele  padartho ko baahar nikalta hain. Pimples ko control karne ke liye aapko khoob dher saara paani peena chahiye. 

Choose Healthy lifestyle  :- Aap apni rojmarra ki zindagi mein ek acchi healthy  lifestyle  ko apnaye. Daily exercise, Yoga, Meditation, Pranayam aadi kar ke stress, depression aur tension  ko door bhagaye aur aapko acchi neend leni bhi bahut hi jaroori hain. Acchi neend aur kam stress  se aap acchi skin pa sakengi aur  moohaso se chhutkara aapko milega. 

Avoid Junk Food :- Junk Food yani ki fast food vaise bhi hamare sehat ke liye  acche nahi mane jate  hain. Lekin agar aapko pimples ki problem hain toh yeh aur bhi jyada nuksaandeh saabit hote hain. Junk food mein nutrients  ki matra kafi  kam hoti hain aur isme  calorie kafi jyada matra mein payi jati hain. Jab aap junk food khate hain toh hamari body oon zehreele  tatv ko hajam nahi kar  paati hain, jo in junk food mein paye jate hain. Yeh haanikarak  tatv  hamare  body  ke saath saath  hamari skin ko bhi nuskaan pahuchate  hain. 

Eat Sprouts :- Ankoorit anaaz mein bahut hi acchi matra mein protein aur fiber hota hain. Vegaterian protein asaani se pach jata hain aur acne  ko bhi control karta hain. 

Eat Fresh vegetables & fruits  :-  Pimples ko control karne ke  liye  apni diet mein khoob saari fresh hari sabziya aur taaze  phal ko jaroor shamil kare. In fresh fruits aur vegetables mein bahut hi acchi matra mein Vitamins aur Minerals hota hain jo skin ko chamakdaar aur healthy banate hain. Research se pata chala hain ki vitamin A aur Zinc hamare sharir mein bahut bada  role  play karte hain. 

Kabz ko door rakhe  :- Pimple ko door karne ke liye sabse ahem baat yeh hain ki apne pet ko saaf rakhe. Agar aap kabz, gas jaisi problems se preshan rahte  hain toh aapko pimples bhi preshan karte  hain. Kabz ko door karne ke liye aap apni diet mein  Fiber wale food ko shamil kare. 

Sweets  aur  Chocolate ko na kahe  :- Sweets aur Chocolate mein sirf  calories hoti hain aur  inhe  khane se skin se aur  bhi jyada oil nikalta hain. Isliye  bhalai isme  hain ki aap meethaiya aur chocolate aadi se door rahe  tabhi aap moohase ki problems se bach sakenge.
