Fruits ko khali pet hi kyun khana chahiye.
Hum sabhi jante hain ki fruits  health ke liye bahut hi faydemand hote hain. Lekin fruits ko aise hi kha lene se phalo mein mauzood nutrients sharir ko sahi tarike se nahi mil pate hain.
