Orange khana har umar ke logo ko bahut pasand aata hain. Ek limit mein Santra khana health ke nazriye kafi faydemand rahta hain. Orange Juice toh sadiyo se apne aushdhiya guno ke wajah se jana jata raha hain. Aaiye jante hain Santra khane se hame kya-kya fayde hote hain.


1. Dil ke liye hain Faydemand :- Santre mein mauzood Potassium, Folic Acid aur Calcium, Cholesterol ke level aur High Blood pressure ko control mein rakhta hain. Yeh tatv koshikaon mein Electrolytes ko balance karke heart ko healthy rakhne mein madadgar hain.
