• Cocoa :- 10 gram Cocoa mein 52 milligram Magnesium hota hain. Toh phir cocoa khana shuru kar  dijiye. 

• Avocado :- Avocado mein kai tarah  ke vitamins paye jate hain. Yeh aapke  dil ke liye bahut hi faydemand hain. Avocado  ka sandwich bana kar khane se magnesium bharpoor  matra mein aapko milta hain. 

• Badam :- Ek baar Badam khane se sharir mein 75mg. magnesium milta hain. Aap ise sham ko rojana 5 badam bhigo kar jaroor khaye. 

• Kaju :- Kaju mein Carbohydrate ke sath-sath  magnesium hota hain, Jo sharir ko durust rakhta hain. 

• Soya Bean :- Isme Protein, Vitamin aur Magnesium hota hain. Sookhe soya bean ko bhigo  kar sprout  (ankoorit) karke khane se yeh aur bhi zyada fayda deta hain. 

• Peanut Butter :- Peanut butter ke ek chote chammach mein lagbhag  22mg Magnesium hota hain. Breakfast mein apni bread  par peanut butter (Moongfali ka  makkhan) laga  kar jaroor  khaye. 

• Fish :- Fish mein Magnesium aur Omega-3 Fatty Acid ki bharpoor matra payi jati hain. Ek hafte mein kam se kam ek baar macchli jaroor khani chahiye. 

• Fig :- Fig ko khane se body ko balanced matra mein magnesium prapt hota hain. 

• Dark Chocolate :- Dark Chocolate mein kafi matra mein magnesium hota hain. Ise hafte mein 2 baar khaya ja  sakta hain. 

• Palak :- Palak kacchi ho ya pakki ise khane se iron ke saath saath magnesium bhi sharir ko kafi acchi matra mein prapt hota hain. 

• Kaddu ke beej :- Pumpkin seeds mein magnesium hota hain. Ise  aap shaam ko chaay ke saath kha sakte hain.

• Saabut aanaaz  aur sprouts :- Subah breakfast mein anaaz ya sprout khane se sharir ko magnesium milta hain. 

• Kela :- Kela khane se potassium bharpoor  matra  mein hame prapt hota hain. Iske  alawa Magnesium ka bhi accha sroat hain kela.  Isme 30mg Magnesium hota hain. Jo sharir ke liye kafi faydemand hain.
