Kishmish ke fayde (Benefits of Raisin in Hindi).

Kishmish jise English mein Raisin kahte hain, Kishmish khane ke bahut hi fayde hote hain. Angoor ko sookha kar Kishmish banaya jata hain, Yeh soft  aur meetha hota hain, Kai baar khatta-meetha bhi hota hain. Yeh kai tarah ke pakwaano aur meethaiyo ko banane mein upyog kiya jata hain.

• Kishmish mein natural sugar  kafi  acchi matra mein hoti hain, jo body mein energy ko badhati hain. Agar aap duble  patle  aur kamjor  hain toh aapko kishmish jaroor khana chahiye, Kyonki yeh wajan badhane mein bahut hi faydemand hain. 

• Baccho ko kishmish jaroor khilana chahiye, Kyonki yeh unke dimaag ko tez banata hain. Isme  bahut hi jyada Boron paya jata hain jo dimaag ke liye bahut hi labhdayak hota  hain.
