Aaj ke is daur mein hum itna jyada busy ho gye hain ki apne liye waqt tak nahi nikaal paate hain. • Sharir mein Calcium ki matra kam hone par bhi haddiyo mein yeh problem aa sakti hain, Jisse kamar dard hona aa baat hain. Isliye apne  khane mein Calcium wale  food ka zyada se zyada se istemal kare. 

• Kamar dard se bachne ke liye aapka bistar na zyada mulayam aur nahi zyada hard nahi hona chahiye. Aapko aaramadayak bed ka istemal karna chahiye, Jo ki na soft aur na hi hard ho. 

• Subah sun rise ke time 2-3 mile lambi walk par jane walo ko back pain ki shikayat kabhi nahi rahti hain. 

• Mahilayein ek chammach nimbu, Ek chammach Lahsun ka ras ko 2 chammach paani mein mila kar din mein kam se kam 2 baar piye. Isse aapko kafi fayda hoga. 

• Chaay mein 5 Kali Mirch ke daane, 5 Laung pees kar aur thoda sa sookhe adrak ka powder daale. Din mein kam se kam 2 baar ise piye. Isse aapko kafi  labh milega.  

• Roj subah Sarso ke tel ya Nariyal ke tel  mein Lahsun ki 4-5 kaliya daal kar garm kare aur ise thanda karke is tel se  kamar ki malish kare, Yakinan aapko fayda hoga.  

• Is baat ka hamesha dhyaan rakhe ki kisi bhi saamaan ko uthaane ya rakhne ki jaldbaazi na kare, isse aapko kamar dard ho sakta hain. 

• Ek jagah par jyada  waqt tak baithe rahne se kamar dard hota hain. Ek jagah par jyada na baithe, Kam se kam 40 minutes baad thodi der  tak  tahle jaroor. 

• Ajwain ko tavey ke upar thodi dheemi aanch par senk le aur thanda hone par dheere-dheere chabate huye nigal jaye. Hafte  bhar ise khane se aapko pura aaram mil jayega. 

• Garm pani mein namak daal kar isme tauliya daal kar nichod le. Iske baad peeth ke bal letkar aur  is tauliye se  bhaap le. Isse kamar  dard se jaldi nijat  milti hain. 

• Kamar  dard se  nijat  dilane  ke liye namak kafi faydemand ho sakta hain. Iske liye  4 chammach namak kadhai mein daal kar  acche se  senk le. Iske baad  sooti kapde mein ise baandh kar iski potli bana le. aur isse dard  wali jagah ki sikaayi kare. Isse aapko labh hoga.
