Kaju (Cashew) ke fayde.
Kaju khane se hame kya fayde hote hain? Kaju ko dry fruits mein sabse khas mana jata hain. Yaha tak ki ise sukhe mewo ka raja bhi kaha jata hain. Taste aur health ke nazariye se kaju ka koi saani nahi hain. Kaju agar roj khaya jaye toh isse hame anek fayde milte hain. Thoda sa Kaju khane se na kewal body ko energy milti hain, Balki kai bimariya bhi door hoti hain. • Skin ke liye hain faydemand :- Kaju ko paani mein bhigo kar phir ise pees kar iska istemal massage ke taur par karne se rangat nikharne lagti hain. Kaju oily, dry har tarah ki skin mein faydemand rahta hain. Agar aapki skin thodi oily hain toh raat bhar kaju ko doodh mein bhigo de. Subah baareek pees kar usme Multani Mitti, Nimbu aur Dahi ki thodi matra mila kar chehre par lagaye. Skin slowly-slowly normal banne lagegi.

Thakaan door kare :- Kaju energy ka good source mana jata hain. Iska koi side-effect bhi nahi hota hain. Haan lekin is baat ka dhyaan hamesha rakhna chahiye ki ise aap kam matra mein khaye. Kai baar aap mehnat karke bahut zyada thakaan mahsoos karte hain. Aapka mood bhi upset rahta hain, Aise mein 2-3 kaju chaba le. Isse thakaan ko turant hi door kiya ja sakta hain.

Protein ka khazana :- Kaju mein protein bahut jyada paya jata hain. Isliye ise khane se baal aur skin healthy aur sundar ban jate hain. Yeh baat toh sach hain ki Kaju bahut mahnga hota hain, Lekin medicine khane se accha hain ki aap kaju ko khaye.

Dimaag tez kare :- KAJU mein ek tarah ka special oil paya jata hain, Jo vitamin B ka khazana hota hain. Yahi wajah hain ki ise turant energy dene wala dry fruit mana gya hain. Vaise Badam mein bhi Vitamin B aur Folic Acid hota hain. Bhookhe pet kaju kha kar Shahad khane se brain ki memory bahut jaldi badhti hain. Kaju khane se uric acid nahi banta hain. Kaju ka tel safed daago par lagane se daag dheere-dheere mit jate hain. Isse blood pressure bhi control mein rahta hain.

Haddiya majboot banaye :- Kaju mein calcium bahut jyada hota hain, JO ki haddiyo ko majboot banata hain. Kaju masoodho aur daanto ko bhi healthy banaye rakhne mein madad karta hain. Aapko bata de ki Kaju mein Mono-saturated Fat hota hain, jo dil ko healthy banaye rakhta hain aur dil ki bimariyo se hame bachata hain. Kaju mein Anti-Oxidants bhi hote hain, jo cancer se hame bachate hain.

Cholesterol ko control kare :- Kaju cholesterol ko bhi control karta hain. Isme protein bahut hi acchi matra mein hota hain. Yeh jaldi pach jata hain. Kidney ko takat deta hain. Kaju mein Iron bhi bahut acchi matra mein hota hain. Isliye jin logo ko khoon ki kami ho , Unhe iska niyamit roop se sewan karna chahiye. Kaju pachan shakti bhi badhata hain, Isse jyada bhookh lagti hain. Aanto mein bhari gas bahar nikal jati hain. Kaju wajan ko control mein rakhta hain.
