• Hari sabziya :- Pattedaar Saag, Palak, Methi, Salad patta, Ajwain aadi mein Beta-Carotene bharpoor matra mein paya jata hain. Iske alawa isme Calcium, Iron, Folic Acid, Vitamin C aur bhi kai nutrients paye jate hain. Hari sabziyo ka niyamit sewan karne se skin hamesha young bani rahti hain.

• Peele rang ke phal :- Papita, Gajar, Orange aur sabziya jaise Kaddu, Aam, Khubani, Shakarkand, Beta-Carotene aur Vitamin C se bharpoor hote hain. Isliye in cheezo ko apne khane mein zaroor shamil karna chahiye. Tavcha jawan bani rahegi.

• Jayi (Oats) :- Roj aadha cup sukhi jayi ka choker ya ek cup sukha jayi ka daliya cholesterol ko control karta hain. Oats (Jaii) ke sewan se blood circulation sahi rahta hain. Saath hi skin bhi young bani rahti hain.

• Soya :- Soya products, Soyabean, Soya ka aata, Soya milk aur tofu kam fat aur calcium se bharpoor hote hain. Soya products mein genistein ki bharmaar rahti hain. Iske sewan se cancer door rahta hain aur skin young bani rahti hain.

• Olive Oil
:- Jaitun ya sarso ka tel khane aur chehre par lagane se chehre mein jhurriya nahi padti hain.

• Khatte Phal :- Khatte phalo mein Santra, Mosambi, Angoor, Nimbu aadi mein Vitamin C, Bioflavonoids aur Limonin acchi quantity mein paye jate hain. In phalo mein kafi acchi matra mein Antioxidants hote hain, jo ki tavcha ko lambe waqt tak jawan banaye rakhte hain.

• Gobhi :- Gobhi, Patta Gobhi, Broccoli, Brussels sprout aur gobhi family ki sabhi sabziya bimariyo se hame bachane mein madad karti hain. In sabziyo mein paye jane wale Beta-Carotene, indole glucosinolates aur Isothiocyanates (Jo khas karke broccoli mein paye jate hain) skin ko young banaye rakhte hain.

• Dahi
:- Dahi mein lactose bacteria hote hain jo pachan mein madad karte hain. Calcium ka yeh bahut accha source hain. Yeh tavcha ke liye bhi faydemand hota hain.

• Lahsun
:- Lahsun mein Allicin naam ka tatv paya jata hain. Yeh blood se bad cholesterol aur triglyceride ko kam karta hain. Yeh body ki immunity ko badhata hain. :- Seb aur Strawberry mein ghulansheel fiber blood sugar level ko kam karta hain. Saath hi in phalo mein Bharpoor matra mein Anti-Oxidants paye jate hain.
