:- Gud mein aise gun paye jate hain jo sharir mein mauzood gandagi ko saaf karta hain. Isliye rojana Garm doodh ke saath Gud jaroor khana chahiye. Isse aapka khoon saaf hota hain aur sharir ki gandagi bhi bahar nikal jati hain, jisse aapko koi bimari nahi hogi.

Periods ke dard ko theek kare :- Kaha jata hain ki agar aapko kabhi dard ho toh Garm doodh peene se turant aaram mil jata hain aur agar mahilaon ko periods ke dauran dard ho raha ho toh Garm doodh ke saath Gud khane se unko periods ke dard se nijat mil jati hain. Ya phir periods shuru hone se 1 hafte pahle 1 chammach gud ka rojana sewan kare. Isse aapko dard se nijat mil jayega.

Motapa control kare :- Mana jata hain ki agar aap garm doodh ke saath Chini istemal karte hain toh iski jagah Gud ka istemal kare. Kyonki aisa karne se aapka wajan control mein rahega. Jisse aap motape ke shikaar nahi honge.

Pet se related problems ko theek kare :- Agar aapko hajme se judi preshaniya hain toh Garm doodh ke saath Gud khane se aapko pet se related sabhi problems se chhutkara mil jata hain.
