Depression ki shikaar.
Aaj kal ki bhaag-daur bhari life mein Tension, Chinta, Social problems aur Financial problems ki wajah se log depression ka shikar hote ja rahe hain. Is bimari ke kuch lakshan bhi hote hain jaise achanak se wajan badh ya kam ho jata hain, Neend nahi aati hain ya bahut jyada  neend  aati hain, Mann mein baar-baar suicide  khyaal aana aur rojana ke kaam na kar  paana. Yeh saare  lakshan jinke  ander  paye jate hain veh sach-much mein bahut hi bure waqt se gujar  rahe hote hain. Lekin aapko ghabrane  ki jaroorat nahi hain. Har  mushkil ka hal hota hain, aaj nahi toh kal hota hain. Isi tarah agar  aap bhi  depression ke shikaar ho  gye hain toh yeh food apni diet mein jaroor shamil kare.
