Daanto mein thanda-garm lagne par kya kare?

Daanto mein agar thanda-garm lagta hain toh ho sakta hain ki aapke daanto ki coating jise hum enamel kahte hain, ghees chuki ho. Enamel daanto ka safety cover hota hain Jo usay hard cheezo se bachane ka kaam karta hain. Agar aap subah-shaam daanto par zor-zor se brush karte hain toh daanto ka sensitive hona aam si baat hain.

• Bahut zyada thanda garm na khaye. Bahut jyada Sugar wale products na khaye, Kyonki yeh daanto mein badi hi tezi ke saath lagti hain. Aise food ko pahchane jo daanto mein tezi se lagte hain aur unhe na khaye.

♦ Soft brush ka istemal kare, jisse daanto aur masoodho par zor na pade. Brush ko halke haatho se daanto par chalaye.

♥ Halke garm paani mein 2 chammach Namak milaye. Is ghol se subah aur raat ko sone jane se pahle kulla kare. Yeh ayurvedic upchar hain, JO kafi kaam aata hain.

• Fluoride hame daanto ki sadan aur tooth enamel ko damage hone se bachata hain. Aise mouthwash aur toothpaste ka istemal kare , Jisme fluoride mauzood ho.

♦ 1 chammach sarso ke tel mein 1 chota chammach Sendha namak milaye. Is mishran se daanto aur masoodho ki halke halke massage kare. Phir 5 minutes baad mooh dho le.

♦ Sensitive daanto ke liye Special kism ke toothpaste market mein easily available hain. Normal toothpaste ki bajaye inka istemal kare. Whiteners wale toothpaste use na kare, Yeh daanto ki hardness ko kam karte hain, Inse takhleef aur bhi badh jati hain.

• Fruits ke juices, Cold Drinks, Wine, Tea, Ice-cream aur Citric khatte phal jaise Tamatar, Salad, Dressing aur Aachaar aadi na khaye. Agar aap inhe khate hain toh baad mein brush karle. Yeh food daanto ke enamel ko ghees dete hain.

♦ Din mein 2 times brush kare. Raat ko sone se pahle brush jaroor kare. Iske alawa din mein ek baar floss kare.
