Phool Gobhi ki tarah dikhne wali Broccoli darasal ek hi prajati ki sabziya hain. Broccoli ke baare mein yeh kaha jata hain ki yeh guno ka khazana hain. Isme Vitamin A,C , E, Protein, Calcium, Iron, Carbohydrate aur bhi kai poshak tatv  bharpoor matra mein paye  jate  hain. 

Broccoli ko aap Soup, Salad ya sabzi kisi bhi roop mein kha sakte hain. Kuch log ise  bhaap mein paka kar khana pasand  karte  hain. Aap broccoli ko kisi bhi tarah khaye, Lekin is baat se inkaar nahi kiya ja  sakta hain ki Broccoli aapke  health ke liye bahut hi acchi sabziyo se ek hain.

Aankho ki liye accha hain :- Broccoli mein Vitamin A aur Beta-Carotene bahut hi acchi matra mein paye jate hain. Beta-Carotene  ka sewan Motiyabind  jaisi bimari se hame  bachata hain. Isliye aankho ko sahi rakhne ke liye broccoli jaroor khani chahiye. 

Body ki immunity ko badhata hain :- Broccoli mein Vitamin C bharpoor matra mein payi jati hain, Vitamin C sharir ke immune system ko boost karne aur infection se bachane mein help karta hain. 

Gathiya mein faydemand :- Broccoli ko apne  diet mein shamil karne se aap Arthritis  (Gathiya) jaise bimari se bach sakte hain. Agar aap Gathiya ke mareez hain to aapko rojana 2 hafte tak  100 Gram Broccoli jaroor  khani chahiye, Isse aapko jaroor fayda hoga. 

Dil ke liye accha ;- Broccoli mein Carotenoids Lutein paya jata hain, Yeh dil ki dhamniyo ko healthy banaye rakhta hain. Iske sewan se dil ka daura padne aur dil ki dusri bimariyo ka khatra kafi kam ho jata hain. Isme  mauzood  potassium cholesterol ke level ko badhne  nahi deta  hain. 

• Wajan kam karne  mein sahayak :- Broccoli mein Calorie  kafi  kam hoti hain. Isliye iske  sewan se aapka pet  toh bhara  mahsoos hoga  aur aap jyada nahi kha sakenge, Isliye  agar  aap  wajan kam karne  ki soch rahe hain toh aapko broccoli jaroor khani chahiye. 

• Cancer se bachata hain :- Broccoli mein Anti-Oxidants  kafi acchi matra mein paye  jate  hain. Broccoli ke sewan se cancer  hone ki sambhavna kafi  hud  tak kam  ho jati hain. Broccoli mein Phytochemicals  jyada  matra mein paye  jate hain, Jo sharir se zehreele  tatvo  ko bahar nikaalne mein madad karte hain.

• Cholesterol kam kare :- Broccoli mein Fiber,  Potassium aur  Chromium bahut hi acchi matra mein paye jate hain jo cholesterol level ko kam karke blood  pressure  ko control  karte  hain.

Haddiya majboot banaye  :- Broccoli mein bahut hi acchi matra mein Calcium paya jata hain. Agar aap haddiya majboot  banana chahte hain toh Broccoli ka sewan kare.

Diabetes  mein faydemand ;- Broccoli blood sugar  level ko control karti hain. Diabetes ke  patient ko broccoli ka sewan jaroor karna chahiye.
