India mein pyaaz ki keemate pure saal unchi-neechi hoti rahti hain. Pyaz ki kheti North India mein jyadatar Rabi ki fasal mein ki jati hain. Iske saath hi pyaaz piliya, kabz, bawaseer aur liver se  sambandhit bimariyo mein bahut hi faydemand hota hain.

Pyaaj ki prajatiya jaise Kalyanpur Lal gol, Agrofind Light Red, Poosa Ratnaakar samanya prajatiya hain, Sankar  Prajatiyo mein X Caliber, Barr Gandhi, Copy Morain aur rosy yeh samanya aur sankar  parjatiya hain.

Pyaj ki kheti ke liye  jalwaayoo aur bhoomi kaisi honi chahiye ? 

Pyaaj ki kheti ke liye samsheetoshan jalvayu upyukt hain, Bhoomi ke sambandh mein jeevansh yukt ucheet jal nikaas wali domat bhoomi, Ya balooi domat bhoomi sarvotam mani jati hain.

Pyaaz ki buaayi karte samay khet ki taiyaari kaise  kare  ? 

Khet ki taiyaari ke sambandh mein pahle jutaai mitti palatne wale hal se, iske baad 3-4 jutaai cultivator se karni chahiye, Iske saath hi yeh dhyaan rakhe ki khet ko bhoor-bhoora taiyaar kare.

Beej ki matra  prati Hectare   kitni lagti hain ? 

 Rabi ki fasal mein beej 10-12 Kg Per Hectare Samanya prajatiyo ka lagta hain aur 4-5 kg per hectare sankar prajatiyo ka lagta hain.

Pyaj ki paudh daalne ka upyukt samay kaun sa hain ? 

Paudh daalne ka sarvotam samay 15 October se 15 November tak ucheet mana jata hain, Iski paudh daalne ke liye kyaari ki chaudhaai 1 Meter, 15 Cm unchaai aur jaroorat ke anusaar lambaai rakhni chahiye, Lekin 5-10 Meter lambi kyaari upyukt hoti hain. 2 kyaariyo ke beech mein jo naali banti hain, Usi se seenchaai aur niraai, gudaai ka kaam karna chahiye.

Pyaaj ki paudh ka ropan hamare kisan bhai kis tarah se kare ? 

Pyaj ki ropai line mein karni chahiye, Line se line ki doori 15-20 cm. aur  paudh se paudh ki doori 10-12 Cm. rakhni chahiye, Paudh 30-35 din ki paudh ropai ke liye upyukt hoti hain.

Pyaaz ki kheti mein seenchaai ki kitni jaroorat padti hain ?

Paudh ki ropai ke baad turant paani lagana ucheet nahi hain, balki ek din baad  paani lagana chahiye, Iske baad jaroorat ke mutabik seenchaai karte  rahna chahiye, Lekin phir bhi 6-7 seenchaaiyo ki jaroorat padti hi hain.

Isme Khaad kitni padti hain ? 

200-250 kuntal sadhi gobar khaad iske saath hi 120 Kg. Nitrogen, 60 Kg Phosphorus aur 80 Kg. Potas ke roop mein dena chahiye. Nirtogen ki aadhi matra khet ki taiyaari karte samay aur Phosphorus, potas ki puri matra aakhiri jutaai ke samay khet mein deni chahiye, Baaki Nitrogen ki 1/4 matra ropai ke 40-45 din baad aur 1/4 bhaag  70-75 din ke baad badhwaar ki stithi mein ho toh pryog karna chahiye.

Pyaz ki kheti mein kharpatwaro ko kis tarah control kare? 

Ropai ke baad 2-3 baar niraai gudaai karna bahut hi jaroori hain, Ropai karne ke pahle taiyaar  khet mein 3.5 litter Stamp Dawaa 800-1000 Litter paani mein mila kar spray karne se kharpatvaaro ka jamaav kam hota hain.

Pyaz ki fasal ke bimariya kaun kaun si hain aur unhe kaise door kare ? 

Pyaz ki phasal mein sabse pahle  paudh ke galan ki bimari lagti hain, Iske baad  purple leaf balotch bimari lagti hain, Paudh ke galan ke upchar ke liye 0.2% Thyrm se beej ka upchaar karna bahut hi jaroori hain, 2 gram Thyrm Prati Kilo gram beej ke hisaab se shodhit karna chahiye. Purple Leaf  Balotch rog ki roktham ke liye 2 Kg. Copper  Oxychloride Prti hectare  ki dar se chhidkaav  karna chahiye, Iske saath hi Indofil 2-2.5 gram dawaa prti litter paani mein ghol kar chhidkaav karna chahiye, Rogo ke sath-saath Thrips  keet  bhi isme lagta hain, Iski roktham ke liye Demecran 250 m.l. per hectare ki dar se chhidkaav  karna chahiye ya Indofil 2-2.5 gram per litter  paani mein ghol kar 10-15 din ke antraal par chhidkaav karte  rahna chahiye.

Pyaaj ki khudaai kab kare  ? 

Jab pyaaz pak jati hain tab kando ki upari parat sunhari rang ki ho jati hain, Usi samay  khudaai karna ucheet rahta hain.

Pyaz ki upaj per hectare  kitna prapt kar sakte hain  ? 

Samanya prajatiyo ki paidawaar 250-300 Kuntal per hectare aur sankar  prajatiyo ki 300-350 kuntal per hectare  hoti hain.
