Paani ki kami hone par sharir deta hain yeh sanket.Paani aapke acche health ke liye bahut hi jaroori hain. Iski kami aur jyada matra sharir ke liye accha nahi hota hain. Lekin din bhar ki bhaag-daud se yeh kaise pata chale ki aapka sharir aapse paani maang raha hain? Aapka sharir aapko iske liye kuch ishaare karta hain aur kahta hain ki paani pijiye janaab, mujhe paani ki jaroorat hain. Janiye aise hi kuch lakshan jo batate hain ki aapko ab paani peena chahiye. Heart  Beat tez  ho jati hain :- Dil achanak tezi ke saath dhadakta hain, yeh bhi ek  sanket hain ki aapke sharir mein  paani ki kami ho gyi hain.

Dhyaan dene mein dikkat hoti hain :- Dimaag ka 70% se  jyada  hissa paani se bana hua hain. Paani ki kami hone par dimaag slow  ho jata hain aur aap normal  cheezo  par  focus ya gaur nahi kar paate  hain. 

Saanso se badboo aanaa ;- Agar  aapke sharir mein paani ki kami lag rahi hain, toh aapka sharir  sahi matra  mein thook nahi bana pata hain. Thook aapke mooh mein khatarnaak bacteria  ko panpane se rokta hain. Iski kami hone par bacteria  paida hote hain aur mooh se badboo aane  lagti  hai.

Skin ho jati hain dry :- Agar aapki skin hamesha dry rahti hain aur honth  phate rahte hain, Jabki mausam bhi rookha nahi hain, toh iski wajah paani  ki kami ho sakti hain. Agar aapko soft aur smooth skin chahiye toh dher saara paani peene  ki aadat daaliye.
