Kaun si cheezo ko ek saath mila khaye ya nahi khaye.

Ayurveda ke anusaar kin cheezo ko ek saath nahi khana chahiye.
Ham aksar khane ke saath kai cheezo ko mix karke khate hain. Lekin kai baar kuch aisi cheezo ko ek saath mila kar khane se hame fayde ki jagah nuksaan ka bhi samna karna pad sakta hain. Aise mein humko yeh janna bahut hi jaroori ho jata hain ki khane ke good combination aur bad  combination kya hain ? 

Ayurveda mein accha khana usay mana gya hain jisme ghee ho, halka aur asaani se pachne wala aur thoda sa garm ho. Is tarah ka khana pachan badhata hain, pet ko saaf  rakhta hain aur sehat  ke liye faydemand  rahta hain. 

Lekin khane ki kai cheezo ko ek saath mila kar nahi khana chahiye, masalan jaise 2 aisi cheeze jinki tasir garm aur  thanda ho, meetha aur nakmeen ho, halka aur bhaari ho, is tarah ki dono opposite guno wali cheezo ko kabhi bhi ek saath mila kar nahi khana chahiye. Aisi cheezo ko khane se bachna chahiye. 

Agar aap sahi food combination lenge toh aapki health acchi rahegi, Modern science bhi in baato ko kuch hud tak accept karti hain, Lekin veh Ayurveda ke food combination ko puri tarah sahi nahi manti hain, Usme mutabik kuch mamlo mein yeh sahi hain, baki balanced diet lena chahiye. 

Ayurveda ke mutabik kin kin cheezo ko ek saath nahi khana chahiye :- 

Fish ke saath Milk piye ki nahi  ? 

Doodh ki taasir  thandi  hoti hain, toh vahi Machhli ki taseer garm hoti hain. Isliye doodh ko kabhi bhi macchli ke saath nahi khana chahiye. Isse gas, allergy aur skin se related bimariya hoti hain. Doodh ke alawa Shahad  ko bhi kabhi bhi garm cheezo ke saath nahi khana chahiye.

Doodh ke saath fruits khaye ki nahi ? 

Doodh ke saath fruits agar aap khate  hain toh Doodh mein mauzood Calcium, fruits ke kai enzymes ko sokh leta hain aur phalo ka poshan sharir ko nahi mil pata hain. Hamesha yaad  rahe ki khatte phal jaise  ki Orange, Pineapple aadi ko doodh ke  saath bilkul hi nahi lena chahiye. Kuch log upvaas ke dauran Doodh aur Kela ek saath  lete hain, Lekin yeh bhi galat hain kyonki Kela aur doodh dono hi cough badhane  wale hote hain, isliye upvaas mein doodh aur kela ek saath  nahi khana chahiye.

Meethe phal aur khatte phal ko ek saath khaye ki nahi ? 

Ayurveda ke anusaar  Santra aur  Kela ko kabhi bhi ek saath  nahi khana chahiye, Kyonki Khatte Phal meethe phal se nikalne wale sugar mein  rukaavat paida karte hain, Jisse pachan par asar padta hain. Saath hi isse phalo ke nutrients bhi khatm ho jate hain. Lekin Modern science isko nahi manti hain.

Dahi aur Phal ek saath khaye ya nahi ? 

Fruits mein alag enzyme hote hain aur dahi mein alga enzyme paye jate hain. Jis wajah se yeh pach nahi paate hain, Isliye dono ko ek saath na lene ki salah di jati hain. Fruit rayta kabhi-kabhar le sakte hain, Lekin baar-baar ise khane se bachna chahiye.

Fat aur Protein ek saath khaye ki nahi ? 

Ghee, Makkhan, Tel aadi fats ko paneer, Anda, Meat jaise bhaari protein ke saath jyada nahi khana chahiye, Kyonki 2 tarah ke khane agar  ek  saath khaye jaye toh pachan process mein gadbadi ho jati hain. Isse pet dard aur  pet kharab bhi ho sakta hain.

Doodh ke saath Dahi khaye na nahi ? 

Doodh aur Dahi dono ki taseer alag-alag hoti hain. Dahi ek khameer wali cheez hain. Dono ko mix karne se bina khameer wala khana (Doodh) kharab ho jata hain. Saath hi acidity badhti hain aur Gas, apach aur ulti ho sakti hain. Isi tarah doodh ke saath orange juice bhi agar aap piyenge toh pet mein khameer banega. Agar aapko dono hi khana hain toh dono ke beech kam se kam dedh se do ghanto ka fark hona jaroori hain, Kyonki khana pachne mein itni hi der lagti hain.

Khane ke saath paani pina chahiye ya nahi ? 

Paani sharir ke liye  bahut hi jaroori  hota hain, Lekin khana khate  waqt ise peene se bachna chahiye. Khana lambe samay tak pet mein rahega toh sharir ko jyada poshan milega. Agar aap paani jyada piyenge  toh khana fauran neeche  chala jayega. Agar aapko paani peena hain toh thoda thoda paani piye. Bahut jyada thanda paani peene se bachna chahiye. Paani mein Ajwain ya Jeera daal kar ubaal le. Yeh khana pachane mein madad karta hain. Khana khane se  aadha ghanta pahle ya baad mein paani peena sehat ke liye  accha rahta hain.  

Wine aur  Beer ko ek saath piye  ya nahi ? 

Sharab  vaise bhi sehat ke liye  nuksaandayak hoti hain. Lekin aap Wine ke peene ke baad  Beer pee sakte hain, Lekin Beer peene ke baad Wine nahi peeni chahiye. Vaise toh 2 tarah ke Alcohol ko ek saath kabhi nahi milana chahiye. Kyonki isse Metabolism mein gadbad  ho jati hain. Halaki khane ki aadat aur  fitness ke hisaab se har aadmi par  iska alag alag asar hota hain. Kuch experts  kahte hain ki alag alag wine meela kar peeni chahiye aur vahi kuch experts  kahte hain  ki nahi peeni chahiye.

Fast Food ke saath Cold drinks le ya nahi ? 

Cold Drink mein mauzood Acid aur Sugar ki matra Fast food mein mauzood  Fat ke liye  accha nahi  mana jata hain. Tala-Bhoona khana acidic  hota hain aur sugar bhi acidic hoti hain. Aise mein dono ko ek saath lena sahi nahi hain. Saath mein bahut garm aur thanda ek saath  nahi khana peena chahiye. Garma-garam bhatoore-chhole, burger aadi ke saath thanda cold  drink peena body ke temperature ko kharab karta hain. Snacks mein mazooud Fatty Acid sugar ko pachne mein bhi nuksaan pahuchata hain. Vaise toh fast food jyada nahi khana chahiye, Lekin fast food  ke saath aap cold drinks ki bajaye Juice, Nimbu paani ya chhachh le sakte hain.

Meat ke saath Doodh piye  ya nahi ? 

Meat, Anda, Paneer aur Doodh ko ek saath na khaye, Kyonki yeh kafi bhari protein ke  source hain, Jinhe ek saath pachane mein kafi dikkat hoti hain. Meat ke saath maida bhi nahi lena chahiye kyonki dono ka pachan alag-alag  hota hain.

Khane ke baad meetha khaye ya nahi ? 

Meetha agar khane ke pahle khaya jaye toh behatar hain kyonki tab yeh asaani se pach bhi jata hain aur sehat ko fayda  bhi pahuchata hain. Kyonki khana khane ke baad meetha khane se protein aur  fat ka pachan dheema hota hain. Sharir mein pahle sugar hajam hota hain, phir protein  aur Fat sabse  baad  mein pachta hain.
