Gymnastic se hote hain kamaal ke fayde.

Kya aap fit rahne ke  liye kuch interesting khelo ke baare mein soch rahe hain? Kya aap is baat se sehmat hain ki Jumping, Sharir ko modne, ghoomane aur flip karne se aapke muscles lacheele aur strong ho jayengi aur fat kam ho jayega? Toh in dono swaalo ka jawaab hain Gymnastic. 

Aaiye jante hain Gymnastic se sehat ko kya kya fayde (Benefits) hote  hain. Gymnastic  ka naam sunte hi ghabraye nahi balki iske baare mein soche  aur  isko seekhne  ki koshish kare, Gymnastic duniya ke sabse  best games mein se ek mana jata hain aur Olympic mein toh ise khas jagah mili hui hain.

Goal set karne mein help karta hain :- Agar aap apna ek goal set karte  hain aur oos par barabar  nazar rakhte hain toh yeh aapke progress aur  achievement ke liye accha upay hain. Aap har baar apna lakshya badha kar ise ek chunauti ke roop mein accept karte hain, Jisse aapko shanti milti hain. Gymnastic aapke sharir ke liye ek chunauti hain aur aapke sharir ko maansik aur sharirik fit rakhne ke liye ek accha upay hain.

Core shakti badhaye :-  Agar aap apni body ki capacity ko badhaane  ke liye soch rahe hain toh  gymnastic ek  best upay hain. Ek Gymnast ke liye uske sharir ke upari aur neechle  bhaag  ka ek barabar shaktishali hona bahut hi jaroori hota hain.

Game Skill :- Gymnastic na kewal khel hain, balki yeh dusre khelo ke liye aapke skill ko sudhaarta hain, Kyonki sabhi khel khelne ke liye sharir ka balance, lacheelapan aur takat hona jaroori hain. Gymnastic aapke  body ko sabhi tarah ke khel khelne ke liye ready karta hain aur khelo ke guno mein sudhaar lata hain.

Flexibility  sudhaarta hain :- Gymnastic karne se  jo result aata hain veh yeh hain ki isse  aapka sharir bahut jyada lacheela ho jata hain. Practice karne se aap apne body ko utna flexible  bana sakte hain, Jitna aap chahte hain. Aap khud  is baat ko test kar sakte hain ki gymnastic karne  se aapke  sharir ke lacheelepan mein kitna sudhaar  hua hain.

Concentration badhata hain :- Dusre  khelo  ki tarah aapka gymnastic instructor bhi ek coach ki tarah hain. Veh aapko jo order deta hain, usay sunne se aapke kaushal ka vikas hota hain. Gymnastic karne se  aapke concentration ka level badhta hain.

• Self Confidence  badhta hain :- Life mein self-confidence  ka hona bahut hi jaroori hain. Aap apne baare mein kya feel karte hain, Yahi aap mein aur dusro mein antar karta hain. Agar aap koi goal set karte hain aur  usay achieve kar lete hain tab aapme self-respect badh jata hain, jisse aapka self-confidence bhi badhta hain. Gymnastic karne se aap mein self-confidence  aur  self-respect dono mein badhotari  hoti hain.

Body ko ghoomane ki limit badhaaye ;- Sharir ko ek hud tak ghoomane ka special  practice kare. Gymnastic se aap apne sharir ko kai  tarah se ghooma sakte hain. Gymnastic kai movement sikhaane ka raasta khol deta hain. Practice  se aap apne  sharir ko kai tarah se ghoomane mein capable  ho jayenge.     

• Coordination mein sudhaar :- Coordination ek important skill hain, Jise aap Gymnastic  ki practice  se seekh sakte hain. Gymnastic ki practice se aapki muscles sahi banti hain, Jisse aapki aankho aur haatho ka aapki body ke saath Coordination (accha taal-mel) ho jata hain. Gymnastic ke liye aapme high level dedication, discipline aur skill ka balance hona jaroori hain, jisse taalmel mein sudhaar aata hain.
