Garmi mein pet ho kharab toh khayiye Dahi-Chawal.

Curd Rice (Dahi -Chawa) pet  ke liye hain faydemand.
Garmiyo ke dino mein aksar baccho aur bado ka pet kharab ho jata hain. Kabhi pet kharab  ho jata hain toh kabhi pet mein dard ki shikayat ban jati hain. Garmi ke mausam mein log chahe  apni diet par  kitna bhi dhyaan kyon na de, lekin kanhi na kanhi kami bani hi rahti hain. Ab yeh jaroori hain ki aapka dhyaan sirf halka khane par hi focus karna chahiye. 

Pet ki sehat agar sahi rahegi toh aap saara din daudh-dhoop kar sakenge. Agar aapka pet hamesha kharaab rahta hain toh usay theek karne mein Dahi Chawal khana faydemand hota hain. 

Dahi Chawal South India mein breakfast aur bhojan ke taur par istemal kiya jata hain. Ise yaha curd rice ke naam se bulaya jata hain. Yaha par log curd rice  ko  bahut  jyada pasand  karte hain aur ise achaar  ke saath  khate  hain. Jinka pet sahi nahi rahta unhe dahi chawal khana chahiye. Dahi chawal ko khane se pachan se related  sabhi preshaniya door ho jati hain. Agar aapne kafi masaledar  bhojan kiya hain, phir uske baad  dahi chawal kha lene  se aapka pet kharab nahi  hoga. 

Baccho ko bahar  ka khana bahut accha lagta hain aur veh bahar  ke junk food  bahut khate  hain, Jinse  unka pet aksar kharab rahta hain. Baccho ke liye bhi chawal khana accha mana gya hain. Agar ghar mein kisi ko  sugar ho toh unhe  safed chawal khane ko na de. Iske alawa agar  aap dieting kar rahi hain, toh chawal ko cooker mein na pakaye kyonki isse nikalne wala starch isi ke ander reh jata hain. Chawal ko aise bartan mein pakaye jisse usme mauzood  starch bhaap ke jariye nikal jaye. 

Bina polish kiya hua brown rice health ke liye accha hota hain. Toh dosto agar  aapka ya aapke bacche kisi ka bhi garmi ke dino mein pet kharab  ho jaye toh, ghar par  dahi chawal mix karke khaye.

Curd Rice har South Indian ka sabse manpasand dish hoti hain. Dahi se bharpoor  Curd Rice pet bharne wali aur kafi kam time mein banne wali dish hain. Namkeen  ke swaad wale iss curd rice ko dophar ke khane mein khaya jata hain. Isliye agar aap kuch naya try karna chahte hain toh ise  jaroor  ajmaye. Chaliye  jante hain Curd Rice  ko banane ki simple vidhi :- 


Samgri (Ingredients) :- 1 Cup pake chawal, 2 Cup Dahi, 2 Chammach Tel, Baarik kati  Dhaniya, Kuch Curry Patte, 1-2 Hari Mirch, 1 Chammach Chana Dal, 1 Chammach Urad Dal, 1 Chammach Sarso Dana, 1/2 Chammach Kasi hui Adrak, 2 Chammach Kasa hua Nariyal, Aadha chammach Namak. 

Curd Rice ko banane ki recipe :- Ek Pan le, usme tel garam karke sarso daale. Jab sarso chatakne lage tab usme Chana aur Urad daal daale aur halka bhoone. Iske baad Adrak, Hari  Mirch aur Curry Patta daal kar chalaye aur gas band karde. Ab Chawal mein is samgri ko daal de aur usme Nariyal, Namak, aur Dhaniya milaye. Jab serve karne  lage toh ise dahi ke saath  acchi tarah se mix karde. Isko aur tasty  banane ke liye aap isme Dry Fruits aur Anaar, Angoor jaise  phalo ko bhi istemal kar sakti hain.
