Weight loss soup diet

Wajan kam karne ke liye soup diet ko apnakar aap calorie ke sewan par rok lagane ke saath-saath apni sehat ko bhi behtar bana sakte hain.

Wajan kam karne wale soup (Soup for Weight loss) :- 

Hara pyaaz aur Aaloo ka soup :- Wajan kam karne ke liye aap is soup diet ko apna kar sharir ko jaroori poshak tatv bhi upalabdh karwa payenge. Aap ise multigrain bread ke saath lekar kam fat wala halfa breakfast kar sakte hain. 

Lauki ka soup :- Lauki ka soup lekar aap gairjaroori fat ko jaldi aur asaani ke saath kam kar sakte hain. Isme Fat aur Sugar kam hota hain aur yeh Protein aur Fiber ka behtarin source hain. 

Broccoli Soup :- Ho sakta hain ki aapko broccoli pasand na ho, lekin yeh tezi ke saath wajan kam karne ke liye asardaar soup hain. 100 Gram Broccoli soup mein kareeb 1.2 Gram Fat paya jata hain. Saath hi yeh Fiber aur jaroori paushtik tatvo se bharpoor hota hain. 

Masoor daal ka soup :- Masoor Daal ka soup bahut healthy hota hain aur yeh protein, Vitamin aur Fiber se bhara hota hain. Wajan kam karne ke liye iska sewan behad asardar hota hain. Masoor daal ke 100 gram Soup mein sirf 0.8 gram fat paya jata hain. 

Brown rice ke saath chicken soup :- Wajan tezi ke kam karne wale soup mein yeh soup na sirf tasty hota hain, balki isme sodium kam aur protein jyada matra mein paya jata hain. Chicken ke saath 100 Gram brown rice soup mein sirf 0.7 gram Fat paya jata hain. 

Tamatar ka soup : - Ise banana bhi asaan hain aur yeh hota bhi tasty hain. Wajan kam karne wali diet mein iss soup ko jaroor shamil kare. Wajan kam karne wale is soup mein aapko jaroori Potassium, Protein aur Fiber bhi mauzood hote hain. Isme Fat aur Sugar kafi kam matra mein paye jate hain aur yeh Vitamin C ka behtarin source hain.

Gajar ka soup :- Gajar ka soup aap dhaniye ke saath le sakte hain. Isme sugar kafi kam hota hain. Wajan  kam karne wale is 100 gram soup mein kewal 1.2 gram fat paya jata hain.

Safed bean soup :- Safed bean soup wajan kam karne wali diet ka ahem hissa hain. Isme sugar, fat aur sodium kafi kam matra mein paya jata hain aur yeh kafi paushtik hota hain. Saath hi yeh bahut hi tasty hota hain. Ise taiyaar karna bhi bahut asaan hain aur isme badi matra mein protein bhi paya jata hain.

Matar ka soup :- Aap apne Matar ke soup mein apni pasandida sabziya mila kar wajan kam karne wala soup diet bana sakte hain. Yeh protein se bharpoor hota hain aur isme fat ke saath saath sodium aur sugar kam hota hain.

Mushroom soup :- 100 Gram Mushroom soup mein kewal 1.2 gram fat paya jata hain. Yeh sharir ke liye jaroori protein muhaiya karwata hain aur extra weight ko effective tarike se kam karta hain.
