Singhare ke faydeDil ke design se milta julta lal aur hare rang ka singhara paani mein paida hota hain. Yeh ek mausami phal hain aur isme kai aise poshak tatv paye jate hain jo in dino kai tarah ki bimariyo se bachane mein kargar hote hain. Singhade ka istemal kai tariko se kiya jata hain, Kuch log ise kaccha khana pasand karte hain aur kuch ise ubaal kar khate hain. Kai jagaho par iski sabzi bhi banai jati hain.

Paani mein paida hone wala tikone akaar ka phal hain singhara. Iske seer par sing ki tarah 2 kaante hote hain, Jo chhilke ke saath hote hain. Talabo aur rooke huye  paani mein paida hone wale singhade ke phool August mein aa jate hain, Jo ki September-October mein phal ka roop le lete hain. Chhilka hatakar jo beej paate hain, Vahi kahlata hain Singhara. Iss jaliya phal ko kaccha khane mein bada maza aata hain. Saath hi uble huye singharo ka taste bhi kuch kam lajwaab nahi hota nahi hain. Singhara apne poshak tatvo, kurkurepan aur anokhe taste ki wajah se khoob pasand kiya jata hain.

Aaiye jante hain Singhara (Shinghade, Shinghare) khane ke fayde aur benefits :-

Pregnant women ke liye amrit hain :- Garbhasya ki kamjori aur pitt ki adhikta se pregnancy period pura hone se pahle jin mahilaon ka garbhpaat (miscarriage) ho jata hain, Unhe Singhara khane se labh hota hain. Iske sewan se bhroon ko poshan milta hain aur veh sthir rahta hain. 7 Mahine ki garbhvati mahila ko doodh ke saath ya Singhare ka halwa khane se labh milta hain. Singhare ke niyamit aur upyukt matra mein sewan karne se hone wala baccha healthy aur sunder hota hain.

Nakseer hone par rahat :- Jin logo ke naak se khoon aata hain, Unhe barsaat ke mausam ke baad kacche singhare khana faydemand hain.

Yaun durbalta ko door karta hain :- Yeh yaun ki durbalta ko bhi door karta hain. 2-3 chammach Singhare ka Aata kha kar gunguna doodh peene se virya mein badhotari hoti hain.

Daad-khujali ka ilaj :- Nimbu ke ras mein sukhe huye singhare ko pees kar niyamit roop se lagane par daad-khujali theek ho jati hain.

Paani ki bharpaai :- Sardiyo mein hone wale dehydration ko door karne ke liye singhara kafi faydemand hain. Iske alawa yeh sharir ke liye behatrin coolant ka bhi kaam karta hain. Iske alawa yeh dast ko rokne mein bhi kafi asardaar hain.

Wajan badhane mein madadgar :- Singhade ke powder mein mauzood starch duble-patle logo ke liye vardaan saabit hota hain. Iske niyamit sewan se sharir mota aur shaktishali banta hain.

Gale ki kharash door kare :- Singhare mein mauzood Anti-Oxidants tatv gale ki kharash  aur cough kam karne ke liye kafi faydemand hote hain. Khansi ke liye yeh tonic ki tarah kaam karta hain.

Fati Ediyo se chutkara :- Aidiya phatne ki problem body mein Manganese ki kami ki wajah se hoti hain. Singhara ek aisa phal hain, Jisme poshak tatvo se manganese sokhne ki capacity hoti hain. Paushtikta se bharpoor ;- Singhare mein protein, Carbohydrate, Vitamin B, Vitamin C, Iron, Calcium, Magnesium, Phosphorus jaise Minerals, Riboflavin jaise tatv prayapt matra mein milte hain. Ayurved mein kaha gya hain ki Singhare mein Bhains ke doodh ke compare 22% jyada minerals paye jate hain. Asal mein ek phal hone ke karan ise anaaz na maan kar ise phalaahar ka darja diya gya hain. Yun toh Singhare ko kaccha hi khaya jata hain, Lekin kuch log ise ubaal kar bhi khate hain. Singhare se Sabzi, Burfi, Halwa jaise pakwaan bhi bante hain, Jinke taste anokhe hote hain.

Thyroid aur Gengha rog mein faydemand ;- Singhare mein mauzood Iodine, Manganese Jaise minerals Thyroid aur Gengha rog ki roktham mein ahem role ada karte hain.

Singhara khane mein sawdhaani (Warning of eating Singhara) :- Ek sehatmand aadmi ko rojana 5-10 gram fresh Singhare khane chahiye. Hajme ke lihaaz se singhara bhaari hota hain, Isliye ise jyada khana nuksaandayak bhi ho sakta hain. Pet mein bhaaripan aur gas banane ke shikayat ho sakti hain. Singhara kha kar turant kabhi bhi paani nahi peena chahiye, Isse pet dard ho sakta hain. Agar aap ko Kabz ki shikayat rahti hain toh aapko Singhara nahi khana chahiye.
