Safar ke dauran in cheezo ko na khaye.Dast kisi ko bhi preshan kar sakte hain, Khas taur par tab jab aap kanhi ghoomne ke liye jaye. Isliye kanhi  ghoomne jate waqt apne khane peene ka khyaal jaroor rakhe. Jaisa ki jitna ho sake jyada tale-bhune khane se parhez kare, Kyonki yeh sabse jyada aapke pachan tantra ko nuksaan pahuchaata hain.

Inme bacteria bahut jaldi panpane lagte hain, Jo aapko safar ke dauran bimaar kar sakte hain. Aur inse hone wali bimari kafi lambe time ke baad theek hoti hain.

Agar aap Plane se ja rahe hain toh bhool kar bhi sharab mat pijiyega nahi toh hangover aur uske baad dehydration bahut nuksaan karega. 

Non-Veg:- Yatra karte waqt aisa bhojan kare jo asaani se pach jaye. Na ki aisa jo pachne mein samay lagaye, Jaise Machli, Chicken, Meat. Inhe hajam hone mein kafi samay lagta hain. Isliye jitna ho sake shakahari bhojan kare.
