Phal fruits kab khane chahiye.Phal fruits bhala kise nahi acche lagte hain aur hamara desh ek aisa desh hain jaha par har mausam mein alag-alag phal ugate hain. Phal mein bahut saare paushtik tatv hote hain, jo sharir ko majboot banate hain. Jyadatar log phal ka sewan kewal bhookh lagne par hi karte hain, par unhe samajhana hoga ki phal khane ka mausam aur sahi waqt hota hain.

Kuch log khana khane ke baad turant phal ko kha lenge, yeh sochkar ki desert ki jagah phal acche hote hain. Par khana khane ke turant baad phal nahi khane chahiye. Phalo mein poshak tatvo ki jankaari ke bina unhe khana jyada nuksaandayak hoga. Isliye hamesha koshish kare kare ki phalo ka karishmayi asar ko pane ke liye unhe sahi time par hi khaye.

• Khane ke beech mein phal khane ka sabse accha samay hain, bhojan ke ek ghanta pahle aur 2 ghante baad mein. Isse bharosha ho jayega ki sharir dwara Vitamin C, Pectine aur Fiber puri tarah se avshoshit kar liya gya hain. Saath hi khana khane ke beech mein phal khane se sharir mein cholesterol ka level bhi kam hoga. 

• Khana khane ke turant baad agar phal khaye jaye toh sharir dwara fructose ko avshoshit karne ki kshamta par asar padta hain. Baaki ke pachan tantra par fructose organic acid banane lagta hain. Jisse diarrhoea aur gas banti hain. Aise mein pet mein bache phal ko pachane mein jyada waqt lagta hain. 

• Apne pet ko saaf rakhne ke liye khali pet phal khana chahiye. Phal mein jitne bhi vitamins aur minerals hote hain veh khali pet mein acchi tarah se sama jate hain. 

 • Mausam ke anusaar hi hamesha phalo ka sewan kare. Agar aap aisa nahi karte hain toh aapko baasi aur store kiye huye phal milenge jinhe safe rakhne ke liye preservatives milaye hote hain. 

• Exercise se pahle aapko rojana phal khane chahiye. Exercise shuru karne se pahle phal khane se sharir mein energy level barkarar rahta hain. Saath hi sharir ko phal dwara glucose mil jata hain.
